    I made an online purchase for $164.50. The next day I noticed there was an additional hold of $148.50 then $24.50. I called CS and spoke with “Jamaica” who proceeded to tell me this is a normal practice. It has to be illegal to charge someone’s account more than once for an order that was already paid for. Due to the multiple charges my account was overdrawn. I was told the funds would be off hold and back in my account in 3-5 days which is unacceptable considering my account is now overdrawn. I’m strongly considering getting legal representation so a civil lawsuit can be filed because this is unacceptable on so many levels!!!

    I would like to speak to someone (anyone) regarding a dilemma which turned to be a huge disaster. On March 29,2020, I purchase (2) prom gowns (order # 2007351112) (purchase price $798.00)for my granddaughter in hopes to lift her spirits of the uncetainty of her senior year of high school, due to the pandemic. (Coronavirus-(COVID_19) Within days of purchasing the gowns, the Governor of New Jersey announced that the 2020 school year was cancelled and in which made the prom was cancelled. Due to the cancellation of the prom and the physical Lord & Taylor stores being closed, I returned the gowns via Fed Ex, which was received April 21,2020( invoice#01819900205) I was told that the refund would be applied to my Lord & Taylor account(Last 4 #1561)(Refund Request# 801-580) As of today June 8, 2020, I still have not received the credit to my account, and I had to pay the minimum payment ($27), on the credit card not to obtain late fee.(but interest are occurring due to not paying the balance in full.) When I spoke to a Lord & Taylor representative I was told that my refund would not be applied until June 26,2020, which would require me to have to pay another minimum payment of $27.00, on the credit card so not to obtain a late fee. As a consumer it is becoming very frustrating to be getting the run around and paying for something that has been returned. Please do the right thing by making a prompt refund fund of ($798.00) as well as refund my $27.00 for minimum credit card payment to my Lord & Taylor account.

    I have visited your store in Rockaway NJ…what a horrible experience. Rep working at Dior cosmetics was down right rude. Her name tag shown name as Nina and she made sure of me not coming to your store ever again. Very disrespectful and inconsiderate. As a professional as she stated she was you should know better your job.

    placed an order yesterday, agreed to be chged 70.82 , this morning was chged additional moneys, called and told this happens bc the order was broken into 2 cages. the EXTRA $ WOULD NOT BE CREDITED UNTIL THE 18TH. THIS IS NOT RIGHT, I AGREED TO 70.82 ONLY, THIS SEEMS NOT GOOD BUSINESS PRACTICE. IM DONE W/ YOUR COMPANY, THIS MAYBE ONE REASON YOUR COMPANY IS GOING UNDER!!!
