Went to Lonestar every year for our Anniversary on Nellis in Las Vegas, Nv.
In 2007 it was our 30 th Wedding Anniversary at opening at 11am. Had a great meal too. Took my card to pay like usual. 3 hours later 5 flights were booked for Las Vegas from Chicago and Detroit. Bank put our funds back in next day. Went to Lonestar and spoke to manager that was there. She informed us that there had been complaints of same incidents. That was it. No sorry. No contact from Corporate. They closed not long after that. Too bad. Use to be a go to place for a great meal. What happen? An establishment is only as good when you have a great management. Without that this is the result.
I went to your location in Westland MI. want to compliment the manager, Brent, he was doing the job of three people, I’m sure due to staff shortage, and still managed to keep a smile on his face and was very attentive to his guests. We will defiantly be back.
