I need to speak with someone to obtain stamped engineer’s building plans, or the equivalent to that. My town states they are required before I can put my shed up because, “Shed plans have building elements that are not addressed by the NC Residential Code, shed plan is required to be stamped by an NC structural engineer.” I’ve spoken with your customer service line several times and they state they do not have any to provide. Could you please contact me so that we can make arrangements for you to send them to me?
I understand I can purchase your 8×12 storage shed on line and have it shipped to MN.
I need your 7×12 shed but was told it’s only available in Utah. Why can’t it be shipped to MN? I was not afforded an answer via “chat”, other than to “see the website”, and that says it can only be purchased in Utah. If true, that logic just cost you a sale, and I doubt I’m alone. Please explain.

Mr Sanderson is not alone customer service really suck lifetime said they stand behind there products well that’s a lie I bought a shed had it barely a year and the screws all start coming out I thought someone was trying to break in so I called a company out to secure it and I was told no one broke in the direct heat on it and the wrong kind of screws it was bound to happen the company I called said they wouldn’t charge me for coming out I needed to call lifetime I have at least ten or more emails but they are still giving me the runaround some times they won’t ever respond back maybe it’s a good thing they won’t deliver in your state please consider your self lucky
