800 dollar partial plate paid for out of pocket was made 2 years ago caused a growth in my upper mouth. It cracked 3 months ago and broke 3 days ago. I had a tooth ache and it had a cavity 3 months ago, the dentist fixed the tooth by removing the cavity and filling an abscessed tooth. It was still hurting, I went back and asked to have it pulled, I was told it didn’t need to be pulled. Aspen dental did essays exrays yesterday and I was told the tooth needed root canal or to be pulled and the dentist at kool smiles was very wrong for filling an abscessed tooth. I was also finally told the partial plate was not a permanent one, it was only designed to last a few months if a year. I’ve paid a lot of money to have my teeth fixed improperly and want to know how kool smiles will correct the mistakes on my mouth made by them.

The Kool Smile Bridgeport, CT Boston Ave location is just terriable. What is the point of making an appointment for a certain time & then you don’t get called back until 1 hour after your original appointment time & then have to wait an additional 20 minutes just for the doctor to start the entire peocess. And all they can say is im sorry he has two people ahead of you it’s going to be another 20 minutes. If that’s the case everybody shouldn’t need an appointment we should all just walk in off the street & ask to be seen. This is a sad location.

I left the office on Victory blvd in Portsmouth embarrassed and in significant amount of pain. After I realized I was not charged for visit earlier in the day, I went back up there to pay my $1,000 bill. I also asked to speak to dentist beings Ibuprofen and acetaminophen was not touching my pain. Dentist came out into waiting area and proceeded to tell me they aren’t giving me narcotics.. in front of everyone in the waiting area and all desk clerks. I have only taken pain meds once in the last 15 years, and that was at Kool smiles a month ago. I’ve had at least $2,000 worth of work in a month and still being treated like an addict of some sort. If I would’ve known I’d be treated so badly just for asking to be free of pain, I would’ve just saved myself $1,000.. I have to go back abd have a crown put on, I will Never come back nor will my kids or family. And, btw, my face is swollen and I’m still in a lot of pain. Possibly have to see different dentist to make sure nothing is wrong. Which is what Dr. Haggerty should’ve done
