I sent an email and a letter to the corporate office regarding the terrible customer service I received from the Henderson, NV store manager & district manager regarding a catering order I placed. I have gotten no response from either. I figured sending via email I would get a quick response nope. So I sent a letter, today still have gotten nothing. Apparently they could care less about their customers and how they are treated by management. I even enclosed documents of my complaint! Better of going to Dennys!

I just ate at one of your locations in Centennial Colorado. The tables were dirty, the ladies bathroom had no lights and there were piles of baked goods in garbage bags on a table. I will not eat at a this location again. Very sad.

I asked specifically about a sandwich and was told it didn’t have rosemary, it most certainly did and I ended up having an allergic reaction and needed an epi pen. I am 7 months pregnant and furious. I expect a response from corporate as to how they’re going to resolve this.
