Myself, my husband and daughter each tried on August 12th to purchase products with Buy 1 get 1 free deal. Our attempt to purchase the products was never processed or transactions completed.
I immediately called and was given bogus reason none that was sensible. I even sent a email to corporate to at least get clarification on the issue. I did not received an response. This is upsetting since we have been supporting Kiehl’s brand for years.
For my family that has used and loved kiehl’s products we are opting to finding a brand that is more loyal to their costumers. And that is an complete shame!
I have been waiting for over a year for the mens silk groom hair product and for about six month on the creative cream wax. I am a LONG time customer and find this delay very disheartening what’s up?
I purchased almost $1000 worth of Kiehl’s products during a 2 for 1 sale. The products were thrown into a box which was way too big for them with NO PADDING. Of course during the shipping process the heavy products in glass containers bounced all over the box, damaging the packaging of them all significantly. The boxes of almost every one of the boxed items were crushed & the unboxed items had dents in their lids. The way they packaged them INSURED THEY WOULD BE DAMAGED. All I wanted was an exchange for the pristine items that I paid for. NO! WE CAN’T DO THAT. AGAINST POLICY. So ok, let me return them & re-purchase at the same price I bought them at. NO! WE CAN’T DO THAT. AGAINST POLICY. The only option I was given was to return the items I purchased on sale, at my expense, and repurchase at full price. THAT’S OUR POLICY! Well your policies stink out loud! I wish I could put a picture here of the damaged goods. I can’t give presents to people with smashed up boxes & dented lids. Shame on you Kiehl’s! You’ve been around since 1851, but with this kind of customer service, you may be on your way out.

Good products…Horrible customer service, an embarrassment to me having been a loyal customer for 53 years. Their leadership team needs to address when they lose customer like me and my wife !
I had leased my property to Kiehl franchisee for nine years in 2012 and signed renewal too, w.e.f 1st April 2021, REASON, they have defaulted in payment of rent from 1st April till date.they don’t want to pay for lockdown period and are demanding exorbitant reduction in rent for next three months also, our agreement confines to dialogue between us on lockdown period only, but asking for future reduction is absurd, have offered relief midway to what they demand and my offer, they now don’t respond to mails or phone calls to frustrate me to succumb to their arm twisting pressure, against a 84 year old lady.Pathetic ,redicolous administration and attitude.Please help resolution of issue or else they should vacate.
