    Not happy with you return policy when you use visa gift card and cash. The customer should not have to do all this work to get their money back. I was in one of your stores in Florissant Mo 63033. I returned something for $32.28 I I spent $236.94 in your store. I also paid cash to complete my transaction which was more cash than what I returned. I can’t understand why I have to wait 30 days to go through visa to get my money back that is unacceptable. You need to look in to this. I do not have the gift card was kept by store. Had used the money on the card. I’m going to file a dispute with the better business bureau. I think this is just wrong. Who’s to say cash or gift card? Ref # 23303819 NOT HAPPY

    I live in the Forest Park, GA area. And, nearly everytime that I go into that store all that I find in that store is sites for large men… it’s as if men that wear medium sizes are overlooked and totally neglected when it comes to leisure suits and other fashions. Hats,jackets pants….etc. and I was wondering if there was a way that you could remedy this situation for the “medium sized men”…. for we’re fashionable people that enjoy looking good as well.

    Your Mesquite, Texas store was nice enough to call and locate shoe model 44XN95D25 tan/beige for 10.5 size at your Arlington Texas store. I do have a pic that I took from the Mesquite store for future reference. Arlington store had one pair they would be hold up front. Which was verified before I left the Mesquite store. Got there and nothing up front and no shoe in that size. I feel after making this trip and it was not being was very professional and hit me as rude. I like your store but your breakdown in personal or communication is a definite way to loose a customer. I wanted these to wear for my sisters wedding. Can’t find anything else close to these. I would appreciate maybe help with this issue, if possible. Thanks from hopefully a returning customer.
