    My ex husband about 2 yrs ago bought me a kenmore washer and dryer set. My washer now has a broken agitator I believe or it has come off balance. Its beating around everywhere. starting to smell like its catching on fire. My dryer doesn’t dry. I don’t have the money to fix anything, I had got laid off when I was positive for covid a couple months ago. I have kids and one with a disability and it requires washing his clothes all the time. I thought kenmore was a good product. less than 2 or 3 years old and they are already tearing up.

    I am 64 and live on social security. I bought a Kenmore refrigerator in August 2021. Today I had a technician come as the refrigerator was not cold. Food will spoil. Freezer works but the two fans that circulate the cold air stopped working. They called all over to find parts. None to be found. He said the refrigerators have been having all kinds of problems. Advised us to buy a different refrigerator. Like money grows on trees. Need a refrigerator though. Will not ever buy a Kenmore again!
    Stand by your products by giving refunds or new refrigerators!
    All I have is a hunk of junk! Not even three years old!

    My husband and I purchased a Kennmore refrigerator one our parents used all their life’s. From day one the inside shelves fell off the door, the freezer door pops opens leaving our food spoiling. This has been the worst, costly process of our life’s. Then I visit my sister she has the exact refrigerator and the exact same issues. This refrigerator should have been on a recall. It’s said that us Seniors who live on a budget have to pay over a thousand dollars out for a refrigerator that has cost us thousands in food. I don’t get Bridge Card, no food from our government so replacing food for the last few years has been. VERY costly. Money we do not have. Our income is poverty level as is my sisters . Her husband a retired police officer 84., with little retirement. My husband a retired Dentist who cared for the Foster program and children’s home and women on Medicaid who couldn’t afford dental help. The ONLY dentist who cared for the poor. So our income was very, very small, no extra for savings, but he said someone needs to help the needy. Buying this refrigerator was costly we could have purchased a brand not heard of but he wants the best. . Help us. We don’t have extra money I am dying and our medical bills take any left over which isn’t much. Social Security is small as was our income.

    I purchased a Kenmore Elite French door refrigerator on June 1,2023. Delivered June 5,2023. After 8 days refrigerator stopped cooling. Called repair waited almost 2 weeks for repair to come. Told not sure. Would order part for the compressor and the mother board. Told couldn’t come to install till July 5. One part was delivered to my home. Called this am to confirm appt for July 5. Was told we received the one part at our home. Which we did. But was told by repairman that he ordered 2 parts. Person on phone said order lost and called Kenmore to expedite the other part. Now I have to wait again for it to come and then reschedule another date for them to install !! This is totally unacceptable. I shouldn’t have had to wait this long. First of all a new refrigerator should be WORKING !! I’ve always had Kenmore products and have always been very happy with them till now. My first washer and dryer both lasted over 30 years! I’m very disappointed in Kenmore.

    Purchased a home with a Kenmore fridge that stopped working (defective compressor) and was told that I did not have proof of purchase and that the warranty did not extend to me as the new homeowner. This is utterly ridiculous. Just very poor customer service all around.

    Been using Kenmore washing machine that was bought and and installed in a home i bought.. it a 1964 and I’m still using it. Knock on wood but its still the best washers I ever used…working like a charm.

    I have a freezer purchased in February, seal is bad, they can’t find anyone to fix it, they authorized replacement of freezer, but no one seems to have one. This is ridiculous. No one is going to pay for the meat that gets freezer burnt. I want someone in charge to contact me. This is a terrible way to treat customers.

    I am very disappointed with the kenmore appliances that I purchased 2.5 years ago. I upgraded all my kitchen appliances with Kenmore appliances. The microwave broke within the 1st year. Now, the big French door fridge broke due to a leak in the Freon gas and we were told, it can’t be fixed and needs to be replaced. This is unacceptable and infuriating!! I paid top $ for this fridge and I need someone to contact me ASAP.

    We purchased a Kenmore Elite refrigerator in 2013. The compressor went out in 2017 and had to be replaced. It is now 2021 and the new compressor has failed. I have had a service call scheduled for 3 weeks. The tech was supposed to come today, but never showed. I spent the entire day chatting with different attendants to find out where the service man/woman was. When the attendant would get tired of my questions, he or she would end the chat. I have now been rescheduled to Nov 20th. What has happened to customer service and a company standing behind its product? I am very disappointed with Kenmore and will not buy another Kenmore product. Shame on you Kenmore!!

    DO NOT BUY KENMORE PRODUCTS CUSTOMER SERVICE SUCKS. I BOUGHT A KENMORE WASHING MACHINE JUST ABOUT 2 YEARS AGO, 2 DAYS AGO WHILE ON SPIN CYCLE THE INSIDE BASIN SHOOK SO MUCH IT BLEW OUT THE SIDES OF THE MACHINE. MIND YOU THE MACHINE WAS JUST ABOUT A QUARTER LOADED IF THAT. WE CALLED THE COMPANY THEY WONT COVER ANYTHING. I SPENT WELL OVER $10,000 ON KENMORE PRODUCTS I GUESS THIS HOW THEY TREAT REPEAT CUSTOMERS.

    I’m disgusted with Kenmore, my refrigerator purchased 8/23/14 has broken down,clearly, the faulty compressor and I have to pay $575 to have it repaired. I will never again purchase another LG or Kenmore product, they are junk. I will be spreading the word as well. BS, a refrigerator that cost nearly $4500 … what a crock of shit

    Our Kenmore refrigerator went out suddenly last week. The technician stated the LG Compressor had died and required approximately $800 to repair. This was purchased December 12, 2017. a 2.5 year old compressor should be covered by warranty, right? So, upon checking, not only should it be covered for 10 years, but there is an ongoing class action lawsuit against LG for defective compressors in Kenmore refrigerators, which are failing within 36 months, as did mine. This purchase was after January 30, 2014; therefore falls under the guidelines for class action. I have contacted LG via email and chatbox, but was repeatedly redirected to Sears and Kenmore. I read an article on Digital Trends, which stated: “LG Responds In a communication to Digital Trends, an LG company representative said, “At LG, consumer satisfaction is paramount…LG models featuring linear compressors come with an industry-leading 10-year parts warranty and five-year labor warranty.”
    I have repeatedly called Sears and Kenmore and have been left on hold for an hour at a time. When I called Kenmore, I was redirected to Sears. Sears scheduled a technician to come on July 15, 2020, for another $109, and said there should be a 5-year warranty but said the Owners’ Manual states the warranty is for only one year, which it does. I am certain you can understand my frustration. We lost hundreds of dollars of food in our refrigerator and freezer and purchased a Whirlpool mini fridge, for necessities.

    I purchased a new dishwasher in Nov of 2018 for my new home. Because of a heart attack and bypass surgery my home took over one and a half years to complete. We moved into our home in May of 2019 and tried to wash dishes, didn’t work. Pumped water in and out but no wash cycle. A repairman came out and checked it out. The circuit board was bad. Diagnostic fee was $105 + tax. Total to repair with fee is 531.00. Not a very good product. No more Kenmore products.

    Kenmore customer service is horrible was given a price over the phone when the technician can out the price more than doubled. Spoke with a supervisor by the name of Freddie who was worthless when ask to speak with his manager was told they are not taking calls asked for the managers name was told they don’t give that out. I have spent over $10,000.00 with Kenmore and will never spend another dime with them if this is the way the handle business.

      I am beginning to feel the same way. I have been on the phone to sears for 6 hours today trying to get the compressor for my refrigerator. It went out in May. There is no local service tech in the area. I had a repair guy from Sears Home store. He said my fridge needs a compressor. Sears will not take his opinion. They say ONLY a certified Sears Tech can order that part. I was scheduled for June 18th. They cancelled that gave me July 9th–cancelled that gave me July 23rd so far. That is not acceptable that I am being punished for them not having help in the area. All I want is for them to send out the compressor that is under a 10 year warranty. ” A new linear compressor will be supplied free of charge.” NO place in the warranty does it say I have to have a cert. tech.. Instead they want me to be without refrigeration for 3 months during the summer. I have a lot of Kenmore products but after this will think twice!!
