My mom used this realry to list her houuse for sale in salem ohio. And the house sold. But i would never recommend this realty to jo one who is selling their house. This company is done right rude and ignorant and has no compassion for people or clients that are in declining health and not doing well. And i have filed several complaints and nothing has been done to reprimand this realty. I have since filed a complaint with the ohio real estate better business burea on this realty. I would rate this real estate business at a big fat (0)
One of your realtors took my money misrepresented me and my wife

Dear KW Headquarter Customer Services Rep.,
In November last year, I purchased a property through your real estate, Gil Albiani. Up to today, we are still unable to move in our property because of the agent/owner delay to request his tenants to vacant the property. We have called your office in Elk Grove, California but the office manager did not respond to us of any of her corrective actions to resolve the situations.
Our complaints are listed as the following:
1. The agent did not disclosure on time in the beginning of the purchase that he and his wife were the property owners.
2. The agent told us to offer the price which was above the fair market price.
3. The agent delay to take actions to vacant with their tenants during the process of escrow
4. The agent wrongfully advised us to close escrow in advance for their tax benefit without properly vacant the property to us.
5. The agent/owner did not respond to our requests to pay the daily penalty fees of their delay to vacant the property.
6. Your local KW office manager did not take actions to provide us any reasonable resolutions or contact us to follow up our complaint after one quick phone conversation after her understanding of our extremely unpleasant hardship for my partner’s parents without a livable property to stay (Currently, my partner’s parents have to live in a storage unit.
7. In numerous times, the agent/owner attempted to fool us by stating the law required the “60-day Notice” to be given to their tenants which they have failed to do so prior to close escrow.
Please reply to us in your earliest convenience before I will take legal actions against your agent your company.
