I bought a new home build in Las Casitas Homes of Palm Coast, FL., I can’t believe the poor product they sold me. What a let down. The new home is riddled with such poor craftsmanship. Getting them to fix all the problems is very taxing. Many people in my new home community have problems also with KB’s poor craftsmanship.I am making a point of telling all who ask about KB and my new home how bad they are and to be very aware of getting involved with such a bad company.
Worst management I have ever experienced. Under contract at Terrain castle rock colorado. Will never recommend anyone buy a KB Home. I am a contractor and their level of experience is zero. Love to.speak with someone that has the ability to answer my questions

I totally agree!! Bought new KB home in NC. I am not the only person in my development having same trouble. Will not be recommending them!!
I live in University Park in the City of Irvine California.
I understand KB Home has had meetings with HOA’s about possibly building homes at the site of
the Rancho San Joaquin Tennis Club. May I have more information about that? Thank you, Jane Olinger
