    Bad customer service yesterday. Came in to buy another couch from here. Told on the phone yes I can use the president sale coupon. 20% off. Get there and told no, that the sale rep would need to cover that 20% loss. Can not use add. Does not work that way. But they kept changing the story. Eh ok next furniture store. Been coming here for years. Oh well. I wanted to open the CC to get the 20% off for presidents sale. Think they might need more training on how the sales work.

    Buyer beware. I was sold a “budget piece” by a pushy saleswoman who originally told us it was a “quality, sturdy and well built piece.” The bed broke on the second night! No response from the general manager thus far. Do yourself a favorite and travel north to Havertys or Hudson’s for quality furniture and receptive management.

    I have a bedroom set that I bought in April 2021 that was not deliver until March 2022. Six months later it was broken and it took 6 months to get a new part. That was November 2022. Now less than a year later a different part is broken.

    Advertised hours at Ocoee, FL store online, call menu and radio advertisement do not match actual store hours. Everything says 10am and the stores door says noon. I will buy my furniture elsewhere and hopefully the other 3 people that showed up while I was there and left will too.

    My name is Frank Heil I have a Kane’s furrier power love seat that is 5 months old and motor is broke wood is loose and the chair is a lemon the part takes 5 months to receive. so I have a broke chair at my house for the next 5 months. I tried to work with your team on a return along with a new purchase know one wants to hear that. So I am stuck with a broke chair. I don’t mind spreading the news about how disappointed I am. Maybe you care enough to respond feel free to call me I thought your company was better then this.

    I bought2 glass top tables at Kane. One a coffee table and a matching corner table. The corner table lost a leg at 2 weeks past warranty. I was given credit and purchased another for $200 more. 3 weeks later the coffee table has a loose leg. Sure it will also fall. No credit given as it was past warranty. Such junk furniture and no compensation. Never again a Kane customer. Aiding how do you charge same price to deliver or pickup. Doesn’t make sense.

    Needless-to-say, I too had a horrendous customer service experience after ordering my furniture item in July 2021. Delay after delay, no one update me, I had to call for my own updates. After 8 months I was told the item is no longer available and the order had been cancelled. Again, I had to find that out on my own. Getting a refund for the purchase was yet another nightmare. With each call I made to the Customer Service department and store itself I was given lie after lie and none of the responses I received were consistent with the previous person I spoke with. I finally received my refund. Like many of the reviews I have read on this site, I cannot possible recommend Kanes to anyone; nor will I ever shop at Kanes in the future.

    Do not purchase furniture from Kanes unless you want to wait a year plus. I purchased the lake house nightstand in April 2021 and was told it would be delivered in June. June came and then it was delayed until Nov 2021. Around Aug I received an automated call saying the item had arrived which was incorrect. November comes and they say it’s now going to be April 2022. I called today only to find out that its now going to be July! The item is still for sale on their website and im told that their are 336 people whom are currently waiting for this piece.

    I understand you get furniture shipped in but do not distribute on an oldest order first basis. How equitable is that. Stores cannot tell customers who is going to get what because corporates decides where it goes. They do not know on what orders it will go to. DUH!!!

    Worst company EVER. Save your time and sanity and shop elsewhere. I ordered a new master bedroom set, a dining room set that I added extra chairs and a bench, and a media room package. None of this was cheap and I paid for everything. NO payments to Kane’s. I was told it would be 2 weeks. It is now 10 months later and I still DO NOT have all my furniture. It’s a complete SCAM in my opinion. You take my money and fail to deliver the product. Nothing but excuses from the store in Melbourne, Fl. By the time I get the rest of my furniture, it will be out dated. Without question, I will contact the BBB when the rest of my furniture arrives so I can prove the order and delivery dates. Horrific business practice. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND this company to my worst enemy. My hard earned $$ is in their bank and I am stuck without furniture. BTW, it altered my holiday plans this year for Thanksgiving and Christmas. There is more to come at a later date. To be cont…..

    I bought sectional six months ago and I have a problem with the recliner I called the office they tell me the manager will call you back he never called me back and I still do my payment is not cheap sectional and I have a problem please contact me if you can my number is 321-795-7107 Angela

    I bought and paid for a sectional and a coffee table in October 2021.
    The sectional was delivered in December but the 2 sections were both right handed ….meaning the arm rests were both on the same side. The sectional was missing 2 back pillows as well.
    The delivery guys ran out..,,,
    After many phone calls and being on hold and being hung up on, someone promised that a manager will call within 1 or 2 hours!! Of course that did not happen!!
    I called the next day and the customer service lady screamed at me!!
    They are telling me that the coffee table will not be delivered until March….I was initially told it would be delivered in December or worst scenario beginning of January.
    They still have not fixed the sectional or the pillow issues.

    I’m very disappointed with Kane’s customer service I’ve been waiting since March for a bedroom set that was supposed to be here in June for my birthday but it never came so I called the people in office were being a bitch instead of understanding and blaming everything on Covid-19 and they gave me 20% off in March 20% ain’t shit if I’m still waiting on my Purchase and here it is August 6 still no bed set But our asking ng for the remainder small balance but no one can tell me for sure is it in the store or is it not in the store I don’t know who does business like that but that is really unacceptable at this point this was my first purchase from Kane‘s furniture and will be my last 20% my ass,it ain’t worth the wait Thanks for listening everyone that’s going through the same thing as me I appreciate it be blessed

    We have been buying furniture from kanes since our first home in Dunedin 1973 then bell view biltmore condo 1984 now continuous room changes in our home in sugar mill woods Homosassa since built 1997. We are now confronted with our first disappointment in your company. First, when we purchased our latest group of furniture in Ocala (3rd purchase there) we were surprised to be charged full amount on our credit card instead of a lock on the purchase then charged upon delivery. The date our credit card was charged was 6/2/21 and we have not got a single call with an update other than about a month ago I called for one and they said the coffee table is in but I told them to keep it together for one delivery. In addition a zee Anderson told us that all except the end table is in route. When asked about this Two weeks later they said they don’t know why anyone would have told us that. Could a representative from corporate please get back to us on this $5,000.00 purchase and let us know if we have options before acquiring an attorney.
