K12 is a TERRIBLE company. I have already submitted a report with BBB regarding the treatment I have received since FEBRUARY OF 2022. All but one of my kids were accepted AFTER one of your agents lord and told me in June they were accepted. Late July, still no word on my daughter. I have called countless times, even spoken with a supervisor named Marina Harvey. NOTHING HAS BEEN DONE AND WE ARE SO CLOSE TO SCHOOL START THAT MY KIDS WILL HAVE TO DO WITHOUT K12. With all of the stress and lies and incompetence I’m not sure if this company is even capable of providing my children with adequate education. I will keep escalating this issue in every direction I can until K12 realizes how little their agents care about our children. K12 straight up LIED to me and the proof was sent to BBB. Oh well, they don’t care.
K12 did not see fit to register the children who are eligible for free or reduced lunches into the P-EBT program. They continually say that the school has to do it but THEY K12 are the school that the children are registered in therefore, they do not qualify and it is for no reason other than K12 not doing their job. These children qualify !! The school K12 has not been fair or conscientious of the needs of the children
K12 Texas Hallsville is very racist. K12’s manager does not care and I can’t reach out to anyone else. My attorney and I plan on taking K12 and Hallsville district to court. We have more than enough proof. I have been collecting data for the last 4 years of the complaints that were made and no action was shown and the discrimination actions of teachers principal and the heads of the schools.
