It’s alot of unjustly things going on in the new journeys of gateway mall. The new co manager zoe comes in late every shift at-least a hour late. The store manager Edwin holds none of his co manager accountable for their attendance or behavior. They treat their employees terribly. Zoe is constantly on the phone while on the sales floor. Constantly yelling obnoxiously. Leaves the sales floor to go to the bathroom for over an hour. She is very immature for a grown women. She bullies her part time sales associates that none of them want to work with her. The other co manager kheliz was intoxicated on the job a total of three times and no actions were taken. There has been plenty of verbal arguments in-front of customers on the sales floor and no repercussions. This is no way to run a business. Hours at being taking to give to management and stock teams , leaving sales associates to struggle and seek new employment. This journeys does not have the proper management and head quarters needs to take a closer look at this location and its management team. This is unacceptable and something needs to be done IMMEDIATELY.

The new manager in the Augusta, GA store downstairs she’s from Connecticut. She’s very rude she talk to her employees very rude and disrespectful. She pulls out her phone in front of customers very rude and unprofessional. I witnessed 3 customers complaining about her.

My daughter and myself were at the Journey store at Partridge Creek in Clinton Township, Michigan. The salesgirl, Angel was the only sales person in the store at that time. She helped us with a returned and brought out several different shoes for my daughter to try on.Took care of every single person promptly and with a smile on her face the whole time. You should be very pleased to have such a wonderful employee on your staff. She was one of the best sales people I have had the pleasure of being served by in a very long time. Paid for next day air $23.00 and 4 days go by and still no shoes. Called customer support and they tell me the shoes will arrive today, well I needed them for yesterday as to why I paid Next Day Air…. both the associate and the manager were both rude and just kept saying to every question, they will be there today.. ask for her manager and she couldn’t connect me with them, even to leave a message. Would never recommend ordering from Journeys again!!

I am enjoying shopping from your store. Only thing always bothered me your overhead music. Choosing music for your shop involves sending shoppers the right message. They need keep the music in the background and allow shoppers to think about their purchases. Uptempo or fast-paced music encourages me quicker shopping and fewer purchases!!! PS research indicates that loud, fast-tempo music that is more arousing or enervating influences people to spend less time on shopping.

Your store manager in Paducah ky is rude and very condescending towards his customers. I have watched him ignore me in the store to pick at other employees in front of so many customers. Jamison is what he said his name was. I wanted to buy myself my best friend and her children shoes for Christmas but I will not do business in a store with a manager who tries to embarrass other employees in front of customers all while people are trying to purchase things and ask questions. Casey and another girl helped me later on when I came back in to complain about his behavior and they were great. Not only did they hear my concerns they helped me purchase the shoes and answered all of my questions. Please evaluate the staff. I wasn’t the only one in that store concerned or angered by him.

I am so upset that one of your associates ordered the incorrect shoe for my daughter. I asked before paying did she order the correct size because she was acting like there was an issue with the computer. These were school shoes. They were only crops but these are shoes that she wanted and I paid for. These weren’t just given to me. When calling customer service, the bad experience continued. I was lied to at first and in my opinion no one went above or beyond to make the situation right being that this was not my fault. All I was told is that I have to wait. The closest store to me is an hour away and on top of working I would never make it on time to return the item. This entire process is time consuming and extremely frustrating!!! I work in customer service and I really hope that if the process that I was told is the way that your system works, it should be revamped.

So my boy friend bought me some Ugg slippers from the Lloyd center mall in Oregon and they did not fit so he took them back on Christmas Eve to get the right size they did not have them. So he ask for a refund instead they did the refund and said the money should be back on the card in about 10 days I was patient with them 10 days when bye no money. so I gave it a few extra day do to the holidays and thought maybe my bank was behind.. January 11th went bye no money . so we called customer service and to find out they did an Exchange for the same exact slippers and size. So the lady Said she did the refund and said we should get the money back in 3 to 5 days. Guess what still no money so had to call back on the 18th and got told again for sure you will have your money back on your card in 3 to 5 days. 3 to 5 days go bye and we have still not received our money back. So once again we called them back the 25th of January. Was told we will be receiving a check in the mail
In 3 to 5 days and we should be getting an email saying its on the way 2 days go bye no email from them. I do not no what the issue is all we want is our money back. So what are we supposed to do from here if we don’t get our money. It is the biggest headache ever.. 😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡

I went to store #37 just 9 days after purchase with the UG Journey bag, tags still on the Crocs and my RECEIPT. I waited 20mins for the very young, rude ‘store manager’ to say she cannot (would not) take my return without the shoe box.
Are you kidding me!!!!!!!!
Let me add, I really just wanted the correct size. They didn’t even have a size close to what I needed & yet she tried to sell it. I finally said look, what you have is too big for me let alone my 9yr old. We even checked the 2nd Journey store in that mall & still no luck. So it’s not like it was a random Xmas return I wanted the purchase in the correct size.
This manager was so rude though, when she finally agreed to the refund she looked me straight in the eyes and said, “Know that I cannot do this again, you need the box”. I said no problem, I’ll NEVER shop at UG Journey again if that’s your policy.
FYI Corporate- if this was Publix or Chick-fil-a that teach their employees to be very kind to customers I would have drove home to get the damn box that I still had!
What a joke. Over the box!!!

Apple blossom mall Winchester va. The young manager is very unprofessional. Watch her bite another employee and sit on the counter. She bad mouths and belittles the other “kids” in the store and my son has suffered emotional abuse because he’s not a favorite because of his disabilities. What are you all doing???? Let’s also talk about the 12 hour shifts she puts under age kids on and god forbid anyone is actually sick. Pathetic.

Hello,

I would like to give a 5 star review for supervisor (BRENDA C) who assisted me with my order . She gave me amazing customer service, was diligent in making sure my order was corrected, and kept in contact with me the entire time to make sure my order was delivered on time. I ordered 10 pairs of socks with the first order# and all 10 pairs of socks where extremely dirty. I contacted customer service who shipped another order out which was order, but I only received 1 pair of socks which was also dirty. The stores in atlanta, ga no longer have them in stock so the only option was to buy them online. So I called customer service back and spoke to a supervisor that is when they connected me with (BRENDA C). She is the epitome of what a supervisor is suppose to be, and her hospitality is absolutely unmatched. She is kind, understanding, loves her job, and her customers are #1 priority which is GREAT! I want to give her 5 stars for making sure that, I received my socks in pristine condition from the store she contacted. I love these socks so much, because they are perfect for my sneakers that I always wear. I’ve been shopping with journeys for years, and buying these socks for years as well. Brenda went out of her way, contacted a store, and made sure that the socks where delivered to me in a timely manner. She also made sure that the store sent her pictures of the socks so, I want receive dirty socks. For some reason the warehouse keep shipping out customers dirty socks, and aren’t making sure they look at the items before they ship them out. Supervisor Brenda C made sure I was taken care of, and it means the world to me. She is most definitely one of the best supervisors, I’ve ever spoke to at journeys. I appreciate her taking the time to make sure, I was satisfied with my order. I wish, I would could her a million stars, because she deserve it!!

Hello i order some purple shoes online and i got them it was a dead bug in the shoe the shoe was dirty and it look like some one wear the shoes and sent then to me i am so mad i always buy shoe i bought my niece all of the Van shoes and i cant believe that florida store #17 store would send me them shoes like that i will not buy anymore shoe from van sorry but not sorry

I placed an order on 6/25/2020 . Order number: 507750386. I never received a status on my order until today and That must have been due to the email I sent to them. The status indicated stated how my order was cancelled and I felt that it was really unprofessional that I was not informed sooner. Due to the inconvenience I was offered a 5 off coupon if I spend 25 that most likely will not work on Birkenstock’s. Is there something more that can be done I asked to Ashley on chat and she stated how that was the only coupon they were offering and I could use it on a different pair on sandals so not Birkenstock in which I ordered. It was a frustrating chat to experience.

I bring my granddaughter here to return a hoodie that is to big that was just purchased and the cashier asked a 13 year old did she wear it and she said yes! She didn’t wear it at all she was thinking try on was the same as wearing it! So the cashier look for another reason not to accept the return their were just a little string hanging from the drawstring and said the item is damage. What ashamed the people that work there are looking for reasons not to accept your returns! ashamed on you!

Don’t order online ! I ordered 3 pairs of shoes for my daughter and never received my order. Reached out to CS and according to them my order was delivered. Did not get a confirmation that it was delivered or anything! How is that possible? The company should have a better delivery system it’s 2020, this is unacceptable!

    same thing happen to me this past week fedex said they left package at my door but they didn’t anyways journeys.com said they filed a claim with fedex an that fedex denied the claim I also ordered birkenstocks I got a email saying I will not be receiving a refund or replacement! I’m low income so it took a while to save for those its complete bullshit this company is awful an should treat customers better but they DONT CARE ABOUT US

I have made a $200 order in journeys and never received my package. I have been writing to customer service for over 2 weeks and still can’t give me a replacement or refund. Supervisor states it’s due to circumstances, very inconvenient for me since I didn’t spend no chump change and the answer from customer service just ignorant like they don’t care. So I’m without sneakers or money. Very last time I will be ordering from journeys. Now
Ima have to reach out to my bank and go out of my way because journeys very irresponsible.

I have been a customer of Journeys for sometime in Laredo, texas. Today, I went back because some shoes that I bought on 7/22/19 were coming apart. The employee agreed, showed my receipt, and went to get an exchange. Came back, none in my size. Called the other store in the mall Journeys, told me to go and get them. Arrived there, shoes there. She said not a problem. 2nd employee showed up and clocked in. Told me I could not exchange because did not have box. Went back to to store #234. Explained what happen, she was appalled. Explained I would not buy there no more, and told her she could keep their defective shoes, which I left. By the way prior to this, when I first got there, I went ahead and bought some more shoes. I don’t want handouts. $59.00, I did not want, just wanted some shoes that were not defective. Nothing probably will ever come of this, but just wanted for someone to know that there is no customer service there. The employee at store #234 were nice, and know me by name. Oh well, glad I vented.
