    On July 31 at approximately 1045 am I arrived at your store to pick up a new suit and 2 dress shirts I purchased a few weeks ago and was having them tailored. After waiting outside the locked gate for approximately 45 minutes and the store was scheduled to open at 1100 am and standing with the employee who sold me the clothing who couldn’t get in either, an assistant manager came in at 1130am. I told the gentleman that I needed to pick up my suit and shirts a $650.00 purchase at which time he started he’d look into it and opened the locked gate let the employee in and relocked the gate. I waited another 20 minutes when he finally opened the gate handed me the new suit and shirts then relocked the gate of the store. No one asked me to even try it on to see if everything fit or was right. Very poor service all employees late except the poor young girl who just wanted to work and was totally embarrassed very nice young lady her mom actually is the tailor for the store. I just wanted to tell corporate that the store itself is excellent but the service was horrible. May need some new managers to open on time and keep your store in business thank you for listening.

    I bought a vest from you guys on the 15th but returned it on the 21st but I was told that I could only get a gift card instead of my money which I think was fault after reading your policy…

    I have had a very bad experience with your on-line shopping beginning on December 26th, which still continues. Your system mistakenly charged my credit card for a what was a purchase by gift card, although your customer service cancelled the order, the hold on my credit card is still active and not released by your financial institution. My credit card company says it is your end and not their end that keeps this hold active. I have spoken three times with you customer service and cannot get this resolved satisfactorily. 8 days later, you are still holding my money and not releasing it back to me. Seems like a financial shell game to boost sales numbers?
