I want to just email the cEO mark maquier , . I know I spelled his last name wrong or he can email me cuz I want him to know the bad experience I had sun.on my birthday in his restaurant that I won’t be going in again. His employees were rude and it was uncalled for, you shouldn’t have to go through all this to speak to someone to let them know what’s going on in there established, Thanks 👍.

I bought two Groupon’s because my daughter and her friends were going to go to the movies and I wanted to make sure their meals were covered. My daughter‘s friend Dad was going to buy one Groupon and I was going to buy another one. But when I realize you can give someone a gift. I bought his Groupon and gifted it to the dad so his daughters can use it. And I bought my daughter her own Groupon. We have done this previously and it has worked. But the previous times us parents were there. Now that our daughters are alone there all of a sudden the system can’t do it. That’s a lie. I talked to Sandra, and she was talking over me and was being very rude and not understanding. That her daughters were stranded there with no money only coupons. She was just coming up with excuses and lies. Would not let me speak to a manager. The girls said they wanted to leave because they were staring at them and they felt uncomfortable. There should be exceptions. They should be more understanding. And even though the same person bought the Groupon if you gift it to someone else it no longer belongs to them they should belong to the person that you gifted to. And on the top of the coupon it clearly says My name gave you this gift. Two different people. If your system took it once I can take it again. The sandwiches cut me off and said it’s not her it’s the system it won’t let her. Which is a lie.. The girls being as young as they are which is 12-year-old. And as embarrassed as they were they didn’t think of keeping the receipt they threw it out but you should have it on file because it was through a Groupon.

Hello! We haven’t heard back regarding a refund request from April 07, 2022. Here are more details: We ordered online at this location and after waiting for about 45 minutes, we went inside the store to ask if our food was prepared and we were informed by a staff member that no online orders were being accepted at the moment. We were standing outside the location this entire time waiting for our food (we had 3 small children with us) and no one informed us that online orders weren’t being taken during that entire wait (not by phone, text, through the app, nor by email). After the staff member informed us that online orders weren’t being accepted, we left the location. Later that night we received a call from this location informing us that the order was prepared and ready for us to pick up. We never canceled this order because the staff member informed the order was voided. We have NOT been refunded our money for this error. We have attempted to call this location a number of times and keep being informed that this issue needs to be dealt with through the general manager. Two months later, we are STILL awaiting a call back. Please refund us our money for this order.
