Trying to redirect my structure settlement annuity paymets from one financial institution to other for last 5 months, they stop payments 3 months ago.

Representatives will just lie to you.
Seeing as how all comments are negative, no surprise this is as well! This company employee the stupidest people. Disconnected numerous times, left on hold for far to long, no infom provided and expected me to chase down my own money. Rude and disrespectful supervisors and no corporate phone, big surprise!! This company failed at every step in the process and their investment team clearly needs work. COPLETELY DISSATISIFIED former client.
formerly employed by south city hospital . they stopped paying 3rd party administrator nova and nova refusing to signoffonwithdrawals. i have tried for two months to get my money! pkease advise
I have been waiting over a year to receive my check from John Hancock [$3,590.99], I call every month and am told it will be re-issued within 5-7 business days. My cell # 907-355-0133. If I do not receive some communication concerning this issue: I will be writing letters to the President, CEO, CIO and the Board of Directors of John Hancock company detailing my supreme frustration. I will also be sending letters to Alaska AG, Alaska Governor, Alaska Congress members, US President and Vice President, also US Federal AG and customer protection departments, and of course the BBB. One very unhappy former member of John Hancock.

Rick, call your State Insurance Commissioners Office, explain situation, they will get results. Insurance Companies do not like or want complaints going to them. Hope this is helpful.
