Filled out application online, received a call back and missed the call. Witch was followed by a text from “Polette” giving me a phone number to call to talk about the position. I have called that number 15-20 times and nobody answered. I left that many voicemails and texts too. I’ve still not heard anything from this person I would love to be a part of the team here in Jonesboro AR. One of the best shops I’ve ever seen and I’ve had something to do with this industry for 20 years. I really really need this job. I appreciate it and hope you have a great weekend.

  • Tuck Smith says:

I have applied for your detailer position at the Mechanicsville, Va location and the manager there hasn’t heard anything back from Corporate

  • Doris Andrews says:

Hi, my name is Doris ANDREWS, and I’m trying to reach the owner or CEO because I took a vehicle to one of your locations in Columbia South Carolina on Leesburg Road. My car was there for a bumper repair and after repairing the bumper one of the employees wash my car with a car brush they scratch my 2023 Nissan Pathfinder totally up, they tried to correct it. They sent me to Ziebart, which is in Columbia South Carolina after they worked on the car the man said that the car would need to be sandblast in order to get the scratches out and that I will lose the coat off of my truck so after getting my truck back, I contact Nathan at the Leesburg location and he told me that he was going to work with me , I explained to him that I may try to trade my car in. He said OK let me know and I’ll see what I can do this back in October so I decided to call Nathan again he’s been on vacation trying to figure out what I need to do I went to try to trade my car in and I will be upside down $11,000 , I asked Nathan is there anything that they can accommodate me with and he said let him see The other area manager that was there said that he would try to get the issue resolved but now that he’s not there and they have a new area manager he’s saying that there’s not anything that they can do so is there anyway that you could give me a call? i’m trying not to take anyone to court. I’m just trying to get my car fixed or trade it in with you always help please reach out to me Nathan at the Leesburg location has my phone number. I do not want to put on the social media, but Nathan has my number.

  • Shanna Elhannaoui says:

My name is Shanna Elhannaoui. I am a prior employee that has contacted everyone to include general manager Ken Braswell, area manager Apryl Tucker, regional manager Tim Bollinger and the HR Department trying to get a copy of my w-2s as well as a verification of employment in order for my mortgage lender to approve my house loan. The mortgage lender has reached out themselves to no avail. I am in closing to buy a house so this is a time sensitive matter. Please contact me with these things through email. I have provided that to Tim Bollinger.

I have a vehicle at one of your locations Joe Hudson Collision Center, Pensacola, FL I was informed this morning that the technician who was working on my vehicle a 2020 Toyota Tacoma was finishing up on some welding work, somehow walked away, came back in my vehicle was on fire. It is a complete and total loss. I’m giving y’all the opportunity to make this right via purchasing me a new vehicle, same here, same model, and similar mileage.. I would like to settle this out of court but if I cannot get a response from y’all to seek a resolution for this matter, I will be seeking a law firm to file a lawsuit against Joe Hudson collision center. Please reach out to me. My name is Clarence Moats phone number 940781747 to my email is ClarenceJacksonMotes7277@gmail.com

  • Larry Boyd says:

Kerrville, TX shop is just like the others I am reading. I’ve never seen such lying in all my life. This is the way a major company in America runs it’s business. Sell it if U can’t manage your stores. They even lied to State Farm. Unbelievable, The GM should be held responsible and possible fired. 30 days and they still haven’t uploaded the estimate to State Farm. They sent me the total to make repairs 10-12 days ago on their “My Vehicle” website. But we can’t settle with State Farm until they get the price. We will NEVER recommend Joe Hudson to anyone. I’m sorry but U people have allowed this crap to go on and now U must suffer for ur choices.

  • Michael Cochran says:

I need contact info on who handles your 401k I’m an ex employee

  • Deborah Eldridge says:

872 S Norma Ave. Inverness Florida location.
Took over a month to get an appointment to fix a front bumper. Did a terrible paint job..bubble & peeling. Told me to bring it back for a day to fix. Well of course it wasn’t ready. I asked if someone can pick me up to get the car the next day & was told no! Asked if they would pay for transportation for me to get there..said don’t have petty cash. So for an accident that wasn’t my fault I’m ending paying out of my pocket for a mistake Joe Hudson Collision made. I’m 73 on a fixed income. $40 is a lot of money for me. Please take some action on this. Thank you, Deborah E

  • Jonathan says:

I was an employee for Joe Hudson. They put me in a 6 month apprenticeship promised me 2500 in tools so I could succeed as a technician. They never gave me one thing except for a headache from hearing all of the lies. This company needs seriously to humble themselves and figure out a different method of business management. Joe Hudsons collision center will not be around in 10 years. They’ll be bankrupt in 5.

  • Bernadette Hornsby says:

8 months they have had the car , now I need an new battery pack. they couldn’t repair the car door handle I told them I’d take as it is, back in August. They refused and let the car go to 0%. so it needed a new 12 volt battery (which was just replaced 3/31/2022) so we replaced the 12 volt battery, but now the whole battery pack needs to be replaced $14,840.00. Insurance company paid them for the side door repair $5600+ but they still want $1864 for another job and $500 deductible from me but I would like not to pay because of the expense of a new battery pack costing $14,840 happening under their care and that the car is not repaired. I haven’t seen my car in 8 months…

  • Janice LaBrie says:

worst service I have ever encountered, they received the insurance check and only partly repaired my car.
Said there waiting on rest of parts, its been 3 wks. I ordered parts my self they arrived in 4 days and my son installed. Turned them in to insurance co. for fraud…
