Kerrville, TX shop is just like the others I am reading. I’ve never seen such lying in all my life. This is the way a major company in America runs it’s business. Sell it if U can’t manage your stores. They even lied to State Farm. Unbelievable, The GM should be held responsible and possible fired. 30 days and they still haven’t uploaded the estimate to State Farm. They sent me the total to make repairs 10-12 days ago on their “My Vehicle” website. But we can’t settle with State Farm until they get the price. We will NEVER recommend Joe Hudson to anyone. I’m sorry but U people have allowed this crap to go on and now U must suffer for ur choices.

Took over a month to get an appointment to fix a front bumper. Did a terrible paint job..bubble & peeling. Told me to bring it back for a day to fix. Well of course it wasn’t ready. I asked if someone can pick me up to get the car the next day & was told no! Asked if they would pay for transportation for me to get there..said don’t have petty cash. So for an accident that wasn’t my fault I’m ending paying out of my pocket for a mistake Joe Hudson Collision made. I’m 73 on a fixed income. $40 is a lot of money for me. I was an employee for Joe Hudson. They put me in a 6 month apprenticeship promised me 2500 in tools so I could succeed as a technician. They never gave me one thing except for a headache from hearing all of the lies. This company needs seriously to humble themselves and figure out a different method of business management. Joe Hudsons collision center will not be around in 10 years. They’ll be bankrupt in 5.
8 months they have had the car , now I need an new battery pack. they couldn’t repair the car door handle I told them I’d take as it is, back in August. They refused and let the car go to 0%. so it needed a new 12 volt battery (which was just replaced 3/31/2022) so we replaced the 12 volt battery, but now the whole battery pack needs to be replaced $14,840.00. Insurance company paid them for the side door repair $5600+ but they still want $1864 for another job and $500 deductible from me but I would like not to pay because of the expense of a new battery pack costing $14,840 happening under their care and that the car is not repaired. I haven’t seen my car in 8 months…
worst service I have ever encountered, they received the insurance check and only partly repaired my car.
Said there waiting on rest of parts, its been 3 wks. I ordered parts my self they arrived in 4 days and my son installed. Turned them in to insurance co. for fraud…
Seguin location is very rude, Kenneth is very Unprofessional, will not recommend anyone to Joe Hudson Collision Center. Also turned down an assignment from farmers insurance company
