I HAVE BEEN TRYING TO REACH A REPRESENTATIVE OF JIMMY JAZZ FOR 4 MONTHS NOW REGARDING A CREDIT I HAVE THAT IS NOT BEING HONORED. I SENT A LETTER TO THE “SUPPOSED” HEADQUARTERS 85 METRO WAY SECAUCUS NJ WITH NO RESPONSE & CALLED THE NUMBER PROVIDED WHICH IS NOT IN SERVICE! AT THIS TIME I AM TRYING TO OBTAIN THE CORRECT ADDRESS FOR THEIR HEADQUARTERS TO SEND MY SMALL CLAIMS LEGAL PAPERS.

  • Dr. Rachel A. Jenkins says:

    To whom it may concern.
Do not shop at the Jimmy Jazz located at 5754 Baltimore National Pike, Catonsville, MD. because I feared for my safety had to call the police on the young store manager because I tried to return a gift that I had purchased for my husband. My purchase was only seven days old, well within the thirty days return policy had the original tags for each item, and the items had not been damaged. The young manager spoke to me in a hostile, threatening, and condensing manager, I felt bullied, intimidated, and the female staff came and stood on the side of the register and the other male staff stood behind me. I was so shaken up and afraid that I called the Baltimore County police all because I wanted to exchange four items. I would advise anyone if they have to exchange something do not to take it back to that store, because you will be met with hostility and intimidation and they will not accept your returns. I was able to receive a police incident case number #21-362-1048 and also went to the desk Sgt. at Precinct One – Wilkens (410) 887-0872 if you need to verify that an officer was called because I feared for my safety and felt threatened and intimidated.
