    Jersey Mike’s in copperfield plaza Concord,NC is very un organized. Don’t know who got what or it takes 25 mins for 1 cheese steak… come on I used to work there back in the early 90’s but come people. Need more jerseys Mike’s training g gf or sure

    Can I ask why you add salt to all your sandwiches unless you request no salt, That is not normal, not everyone can have the extra salt, like my husband who has a heart condition. There was so much salt it burnt out lips. Suggestion…. take the salt off unless someone request it!

    Horrible customer service and discrimination 19179 Bear Valley Rd Suite 8, Apple Valley, CA 92308 not taking orders of specific customers. I don’t appreciate it and the long wait while others got their food and sitting down eating etc.

    The Apple Valley, Ca Jersey Mike is discriminating, taking orders for certain people of race and over looking people of color waiting 30 minutes for an order the rude employee not taking down the orders and deliberately took down the white lady order and not ours. Horrible customer service and told the manager no apology just just excuses.

    I was at the Fulshear, TX location anf the floors were wet with jo were floor signs as I was going to the bathroom. I fell and asked why there was no sign and was told that the previous shift neglected to do so. When i came out of the bathroom, saw the employees laughing. NOT professional. I was very angry and left. I have always supported this restaurant and love Jersey Mikes. Will never go back again. My anger came from the employees laughing at the fall. This Nov. 11th

    Went to jersey mikes at the ormond town square in ormond beach fl. Went to order 4 lg subs..ther were no white rolls..just wheat. The girls told us the manager leaves at 3pm and didnt order them. So.. tried again another day..NO lettuce. This was the last straw. Its obvious to us its a management issue. Now you have lost my family..my sons family, who also had issues. Its really a shame.

    I have patronize Jersey Mikes on Hunterhill Rd. Rocky Mount, NC for over 15 years. Today I placed place an order over the phone the first person said they could not take my order for a large sub with ham,turkey and a side of roast beef. I explained that I have been ordering that sub for years, she put her supervisor on the phone who belitered me. My nurse picked up the order who he told her to tell her Old man not to be insulting, which she told him I was merely trying to explain what I wanted. He laughed, the sub was the worse that your franchise has ever served to me I was overcharged. I will never or recommend Jersey Mike again. You need better management.

    I had the worst experience ever at the Jersey Mikes on Boone trail in Fayetteville nc. I will never go there again and I have warned my friends and family about that location. First off I have my mom with me an I am trying to place an order. I tell the worker I want a pepper steak sub the worker got smart and said it is just a regular steak sub. Then I proceeded to ask one of the other workers a question and she jumped in on that conversation and would not allow me to finish what I needed to ask. Also when I ordered my subs I did not want it cooked too hard for my steak. The steak was so tough I was not able to enjoy my sandwich. When I tell you the worst experience ever the worst.

    Great experience with both Laura and Courtney. Great service and great personalities. Great sub sandwiches. went there at 3:45 pm today. will continue to go back there from now on. very pleased with the service. wish other establishments cared as much as those 2 employees did.     Something should seriously be done with the owners at the West Crossville location in Roswell. They can’t keep employees or management because of how poorly they treat their employees and how dirty they do them. They don’t want to pay them for their training which is supposed to be paid for. The salary they pay their management team is ridiculous. They say that they aren’t entitled to breaks and they have to eat their meals either before they clock in or take it home with them. They are seriously short staffed and have no help but the owner complains about having to pay overtime hours for those who kill themselves to run the store. But yet they don’t even try to help out at all. Their other location in Woodstock once had maggots and mold throughout the store but mainly in the back of it and is still dirty

    I went to Jersey Mike’s at 6815 S. Emerson Indianapolis, Indiana 46237. At about 7:30pm, today, 10/3/2022. The lack of meat was so noticable I asked the young lady, if this amount of meat was the new norm. That must have been the norm for black people, because I sat where I could see the next sandwiches, made for Caucasians definitely had more meat on them.. It’s bad when I had to pay the same price and received the least. I will try to upload a picture. I am 59 yrs old, left hand amputee.

    Trying to set up a new account and my cell number is not accepted since the person who had it previously must have had a JM account. Cannot get a human being to answer my calls. At this point if it cannot be resolved I will use Subway and Firehouse Subs apps. This is RIDICULOUS

    I am from New Jersey grew up with hoagies. Ate at the Conway,Ar. Location was impressed. Please consider another Arkansas location in Search Ar.
