Hello. I’ve called a few times wanting to speak to Kim. This is in regards to my membership and not being able to keep it due to health issues. I paid up front for a year. I went 2-3 x. I asked to be refunded and haven’t heard back from anyone. Please call me. This was unexpected and happened as soon as I signed up for Jazzercise again. I’ve been a member for years at the South Lyon MI location. The owner Gretchen was notified of me wanting the second payment to be NOT be taken out of my account. She never responded and acted as if she never received a text from me. I have the whole previous conversation about me being interested in joining again. She ALWAYS responded promptly to me joining. When it comes to wanting to cancel the membership, there was NEVER a response as if her phone number was changed or she wasn’t getting messages. Kinda unfair!
I’m NOT wanting to slam the Jazzercise business or put negative response on a Facebook page, but this is very unfair on how a long time customer is being treated.
Please. Help me figure this out.
I do not think putting my membership on hold is a fair decision being that I asked my doctor about my recovery, and it’s unknown at this time or the repercussions on weather I would be able to continue this on the long run. I am asking for my money back. I paid $640.00 for a year membership and went 2-3 times and during that time made things worse for myself. I am willing to pay for those times.
If Kim is available to talk to, please have her call me. My husband has talk to her about this issue. Thank you. Shari Stoyanovich
