Ipsy May have the promotional ideas for their products. But lack the communication skills when it involves us- the consumers and our requests. We have to go on a wild goose chase just to notify them when we need to cancel our subscription prior to them dipping into our account. This tool they lack and needs to be addressed by BFA/IPSY management

I have been requesting a refund for multiple charges on my credit card for products I did not receive. I have sent copies of my bank statement showing the charges and so far nothing has been done.
I am getting very upset.

Ipsy is a bait and switch scam! Do not fall for it. They give tracking numbers that don’t exist then say the package is “missing” then state they will send out new package but it will be with different products. In addition, when you cancel the membership they continue to charge your credit card!

I have been requesting for months and still getting billed for products I am not even receiving
have not heard back from email placed, no customer service number. Package never delivered, damaged. Paid for package and can not contact anyone. Very frustrating.

Service cancelled months ago and to cards later they are robbing me again.
Customer service ! is a lie they have none phone #’s are for a jeep dealership and the other is out of service.

This company conducts fraudulent business practices, and I am filing a complaint with the attiorneys general in three states.
