To whom it may concern,
On January 6 I have vacated the property 20718 Lemay st 91306 after agreeing with Mr Micheal Molina that he will keep my security deposit and no balance will be owed to invitation homes as long as I move out! I have notified the local office electronically and moved out. Now looks like the local office of invitation homes leading by the rude and inconsiderate Correna clemante is playing dirty and keeps billing me with fake bills and fake notices in order to get a fake false illegal
eviction under my name. Please see attached emails screenshot dated on January 6 and your local office replay on Jan 9 and 10th. I will prepare a law suit against you guys if this matter isn’t resolved asap.

I am a resident in locust grove Ga I have been without heat for more than 48 hrs , when I call the 24/7 maintenance department, I am constantly given the runaround, they keep telling me the same thing , we’ll reach out to the vendor and they’ll call you , they will not allow me to use any vendor and have yet to find a vendor for the job. I can promise you this is the worse management company I have ever dealt with .
We have been with you guys for 6+ years and several homes from Florida to vegas. The house we currently live in flooded in December of last year. It’s still not complete. We have been treated like criminals through the flood process. I have taken so many days off work to be there to open the house for workers and they never show up. Half the house is painted, Other half has primer or missing doors. It’s horrible. I just need to talk to someone who cares at this company. Please??
I need to be in contact with a non locate office. I’m getting charged a fee and no one can tell me what I’m paying. I have received eviction notice for not paying a fee of 118 dollars. I paid all my rent accept the 118dollars fee. It said Vio Admin and I been dealing with Wanika B and Ashley S per emails from the Las Vegas office and they can’t give me an explanation but you can give me an eviction notice.
Did anyone ever get back to you? I am in vegas as well and it’s like the phones are shut off!!
