I have been an invisible fence client for years. I have referred various clients to the invisible fence. However, I don’t think I will continue using their products or referring anyone to Invisible fence again. I have tried reaching the corp office to go over my concerns and no luck.
called the 800 number over a month ago … NO Reply. WHY??? you dont want a repete customer? I need some service, and local office has been CLOSED and two in state offices say they CANT travel here…

I informed the Richmond, VA that i had to postpone and no one called me or emailed me and now they showed up at my home today cussing at me too. I am very disappointed.
One of you employees/franchise owner threaten my life ,called me a “fucking idiot” and almost assaulted me , he said he is going to “ beat the shit out of me if he sees me in town “ then sped off driving dangerously, I have not contacted police or my lawyers yet but will tomorrow morning if your company does not get this psycho under control, I will also list the company name in the lawsuit if you guys decide to defend his insane actions, I live in Ketchum Idaho and you employee/owner threatened my life and now I worry for my life so much I now carry a gun because I’m afraid of the Ketchum invisible fence dealer
