I have been trying to get assistance for over 2 months. I’ve made multiple phone calls and sent several email messages.
Each time that I reach out I get a representative that can not help me and a promise for a call from a supervisor. I have never been called, but promised a call multiple times. When I call back to let them know that I was not called, they tell me the same thing “your request for a phone call is still being processed.”
It should not ever take over 2 months to get help with anything.
