These people are Warren Jeffs FLDS liars and grifters, another Mormon money hustle and fake for your money.
These people are highly biased and discriminatory though they they will state that they are not… they have a long track record, just look for yourself before you leap and jeopardize your healthcare.
Extremely biased and will force their FLDS Mormon doctrine on you, tell you to say ‘the name’ when you are in deep pain, want you to walk down the hall in icu to touch a statute of joseph smith, like this act is to heal you.
These people think they can come to Montana and screw us by spreading Mormon poison… well we’re waiting for you.

I hand delivered my paperwork to the doctor and the doctor did not turn in the paperwork to the insurance company and now I have been dropped from insurance. I cannot get a hold of corporate. The office doesn’t cart. This is garbage!!!!

I will be talking to TV 2 news, as I had a bill with you that you have turned over to collections, now I know this may be normal, but after talking to Tricare and this being a service connected. It was missed coded by Intermountain Healthcare and I have tried 3 times to get this taken care of, but Tricare says by Law you can not send to collections due to contracts. It is time to hold you accountable, you can not treat a disabled Vet like this. I know I will not get a response as you do not really care about anything but Money.
