    The customer service is really lousy I have an unresolved case # 44231770 two credit visa gift cards only one was resolved the other who knows ? After 3 months of waiting , now more months of wait ” we will escalate” to resolve still unresolved even after numerus calls feel like your calling over seas with their staff will never buy a Target visa gift card again…………give cash.

      I’m having the same exact issue. I accidentally lost my gift cards at Walmart when I forgot them in the bag in the cart. Once I noticed it, I immediately called the number and gave them the card number off the receipt. They canceled both cards (1 was for $75 and was a birthday gift and the other was $500 and was my vacation money). Well, I have only received a replacement card for the $75. I called customer service numerous times and each time they say they will escalate it and I’ll get a response within 2 business days. We’ll, I have never received a response. At this point, I’m thinking about sending them a notice of intent because now they have $500 of my money in limbo and all my phone calls are recorded. I’m sure that’ll get their attention.
