    Imvu , never fixes customers issues. I’ve been trying for days to get them to fix my account because my rooms don’t open, they don’t work. Several of my rooms have duplicated… I have paid thousands of dollars to build on Imvu, only to be told “We will investigate if some users report similar issues today too and by that time, we will escalate it if a number of users experience the same because as of now there are no current issues reported. Which I know is a lie because several of my online friends have the same problem with duplicated rooms and them not opening. Imvu used to have over 200,000 customers now barely 50,000 because of their bad customer service. Richard DragonHeart is my online user name.
