I dropped off my Samsung Galaxy Note tab E on june 23rd 2020. And its august 27th 2020 and have just gad one broken promise after another for over 2 months . Been told 3 times in a month that my device was lost then another person says its not. Been told my device will be replaced and waiting weeks . This is the worst most unorganized business I have ever had the unfortunate luck to give my business to.

I dropped off a Samsung Galaxy tab E on june 23rd 2020 and was charged 78 dollars in advance. It is august 27th 2020 and still after more than 3 weeks of talking to the manager and district manager I still dont have my device and they wont call me back. They told ne the device was list then it was being repaired then they were replaceing the device but another week goes by and I cant get them to follow through. This is the worst service of any company I have ever had to deal with. Hace been calling for 3 hours today being told the manager and district manager would call me and neither is.

Customer’s comment: “Just a few days ago I visited your store in the Boynton Beach Mall to have a broken screen and digitizer replaces. The gentleman in the store Michael was very informative and said he could have it ready in about 30 minutes. After testing the phone out at the store everything seemed well. So I paid $85.00 and was on my way. Less than 4 hours later. My phone was completely fried. I returned to the store the next day and stood in the store for almost 2 hours waiting for my phone to be repaired. After a long wait some kid ( not Michael) came out from the back to give a a 20 minute lecture on why my phone went bad. He gave me every BS excuse he could think of from the battery discharging incorrectly to I should never charge my phone overnight.I wasn’t buying his techy excuses and they both knew it. He was trying to cover up the error any way he could. He said he would refund me the money. After a 2 hour wait. Totally frying my phone. And 2 trips to the store. He refunded my money but not until he put the cracked screen back on my phone. I looked at him and said your kidding me which he rudely responded. Sorry. Later on I went to the Att store to get a replacement because luckily I had insurance. The replacement phone was $112.00 which I would like to be reimbursed in FULL!!!. Please respond ASAP. You destroyed my phone through negligence on YOUR part. Now do the right thing. Looking forward to hearing from you very very soon. Respectfully, Richard Morales”
