This is the worst airline. I will never fly with them again. They broke my luggage. I showed it to their representative at the airport and was told I had to file a claim online. What he didn’t do or tell me is that I needed him to take a report & provide me with a number to file the claim. Ive gone back and forth with them. They denied my claim because of lack of communication between the airline & the idiot at the airport. I’m now writing a letter to the cooperate office. Maybe they will do something.
To: Javier Sanchez-Prieto, Chairman/CEO We have tired to get the Customer Care Center to help us with our voucher but they keep sending us back and forth from phone number 1-800-772-4642 and 1-800-574-8742. We filed a case number P20221013-30221951 but they cannot help us. We want to use our voucher to book a Optimal ticket flight for two passengers leaving July 31, 2023 (IB6132) IAD to MAD and returning September 3, 2023 (IB6131) MAD to IAD using voucher number DG-LDGEGKY1404930731 and our credit card. We need to have our voucher expiry date extended from August 16, 2023 to September 3, 2023 so we can book our flight. Our Iberia Membership number: 97034664. Terrible service for a airline they don’t care how they treat passengers. They can denied anybody to board their flight without a care in the world my was denied booking ona new passport which was checked by two diffent airlines and was ok list 1000 pounds
