First of all, my most cordial greetings. I am writing to you to express my discomfort for the breakage of my beloved “husky”, the bike is just 1800kms, and the use I give is absolutely amateur, every two or three months a field trip. The reason for my discomfort is that the tube that raises the oil from the crankcase to the valve train, more precisely the hollow screw that holds it, the bike can only have two or three falls characteristic of the activity. And it catches my attention, that being an enduro bike, supposedly prepared for such discipline, does not have a factory protector for that piece. Therefore I personally consider that it is an error of manufacture, of a motorcycle that really is excellent, with a great performance, but that they have passed that detail. Without further ado, I clarify that the reason for this communication is not a claim, nor a complaint, simply try to add as a user of the brand to improve such wonderful motorcycles. I have attached the engine and chassis number (engine: A31AD01415; box: ZKHA301AADV000564). And I put at your disposal if you consider necessary, photos of the breakage itself and of the internal damages to the engine that the lack of oil caused. The code in the convention of the piece that was broken, so they can identify it in case I was not very clear is 8000 A7023. Sincerely Sebastian Fraile.
