I purchased a belt at your Boss Store at 520 N. Michigan Ave., Chicago, USA. When Indecided to wear it for the first time some two-months later, I decided the color wasn’t right for the shoes that I purchased them for. I went to the store to return them with the original tag still attached to the belt and with the receipt, and was kind of shocked that I only had 30-days for returns (I’m not used to returning items). I can somewhat understand this rule as many people wear designer clothes, then return them. However, this rule should not be hard and fast. I told the nice and professional associate that Boss can have the belt and resell it as I will never wear it. I walked out leaving the belt and the receipt. Needless to say, I never purchase a Boss clothing item ever again. If the item has obviously not been used, you should allow returns.
