My name is Danny orourke I was at your hucks location in steeleville il. I went and tried to order 12 pc chicken i ask how much it would cost. I was told they only sell by the pc. I thought that was strange because i would stop there get gas and order chicken or pizza take home when my wife didn’t want to cook. So i looked on your website and it said you did offer a 12 pc ect. So i asked asked my wife to order12 PC chicken. So we both went back and they told her they would have to make more and it would be 20 minutes or so. We said that was great. After chicken was done the gentleman that cook the chicken started pulling chicken out of glass case and was giving it to us there was like 8 pc of chicken in there. I asked him if we waited this long for fresh chicken why would you give us the old chicken. I’m no kidding this is what he told me the chicken that was in the glass was fresh he just put it in there. Now he didn’t know that I was in there at least half hr before I asked my wife to come with me an order. So I new it wasn’t fresh. be he went on how fresh that chicken was i said tell me if the chicken in the glass was just as fresh as the new chicken why did he see the reason to give us the chicken in glass why can’t we have the freshly cooked chicken we waited on. He was arguing with me finally i said I’m done with this conversation and he keeper trying to press the subject. I don’t no if he was having a bad day or what but I’ve never got in a argument like that. I said just let me pay for the old chicken we waited for and left my email is dfloorguys@gmail.com if you have any comments.
