The worst customer service I have ever experienced.

horrible customer service!

I have been waiting for 3 days for a service request to be fulfilled. The contract says 48 hours. I am now being told I will have to wait another 24-48 hours before I can secure my own contractor. There is sewage(feces) coming up in my basement and the bathtub is draining slowly. We can not do laundry and are trying to hold off on showering. Representatives will not let me speak to supervisors and I am just being given a run around. This company is not standing by its own contract. I would like yo speak with someone from corporate.

I require some help. We have an HSA account, Agreement Number 598509318. We needed the AC fixed. Your company sent Airmax, who did not fix the AC and refused to come back and complete the work. They sent one man with a newly broken finger (he held it high above him, he was in so much pain), and he replaced the thermostat. I wrote him a check for $180, and he assured me the air was fixed but would take over night to cool our townhouse condo. . He was wrong. It was 84 the next day, and I called Airmax and begged them to come back and do their job, just please to fix our AC. The women said no, that the work order was closed, and if I wanted them to come back out, I would have to contact HSA and pay another $100 for them to come back out to fix our AC. I said, but you didn”t fix the AC, and she said that’s just too bad. She was very rude. I stopped payment on their check. She called, threatening to take me to court, and I begged her to please send someone out to fix the AC, like they were supposed to before. I told her I would be glad to pay for everything, if they would only fix our AC. She still refused. We have been without AC for months, and I am disabled and can no longer tolerate it. We tried to contact hsa through the website, but there was literally no way to reach anyone except the people who take the service calls, and they were no help. So we have desperately paid another $100 for another service call. Please do not send Airmax back, because I no longer trust that company. I also could not select AC on my request for service, only furnace, but they are together. in a unit. I told the original service man from Airmax that I thought it was the blower, but he only replaced the thermostat. He spent ten minutes here and did not fix the problem. I want to make a complaint about Airmax, and to please ask you, an executive, to help us. We just spent another $100 to pay for another service call, and I need your help to make sure they actually fix our unit this time. Thank you for your time. I just received an email notifying us that AirMax is going to be the company to come out. Please help. This company did not fix it the last time and was terrible to deal with. After reading these comments it is clear that HSA does not have any sense of urgency for fixing anyone’s AC. We have been waiting for our unit to be replaced since mid July. There are never any answers to the questions. My husband is 65 years old and has health issues and that information was relayed to HSA as well as the repair company, but it doesn’t seem to matter. We have been customers for 21 years, again that doesn’t seem to matter. Please tell me what it takes to get my AC fixed???? Does anyone at this company care about the customers???? I am paying $1200/year for this aggravation. Next step: attorney.

I have been getting the run around with HSA. I have requested service on my AC unit and have been calling for 4 days straight. No contractor has been assigned and I was debited my trade call fee 3 times. I was told my request was expedited since my mother is diabetic and I have children. Nothing was done!!! I was told again today that I have to find my own technician, have them call to have the work authorized then be reimbursed after I pay. I have been a customer of HSA for 17 years!!! It’s 92 degrees in my home with no relief. No one has given me any answers if returning the duplicated fees nor can they dispatch anyone.

Can someone from the management team please give me a call or email me with a direct phone number as I have been promised several times that someone from management or a supervisor would call me back within 48hrs. Hi account #587773038 for central air unit service back in 8/7/2021 now its doing the same thing not blowing cool air 9 months later I’ve spoken several times trying to get someone here 5/10/2022 if I didn’t call the vendor myself today 5/12/2022 find out that that told other customers per vendor statement that HSA hasn’t called them I’m in extremely hot home and nothing being done so they put me in which I will not be seen by a tech until 5/17/2022 now let me remind you last time I spend 3 days in a hotel this is ridiculous if they would have given me a new unit like the tech had stated to me now I’m back at the same problem please help me with this situation
