    Maybe this Houzz site has just canceled everyone! Well Houz you are also getting canceled. You have ripped me off for nearly 2000.00 for a washer/dryer combo. Thanks to the shipping delays of fall 2021 you seem to think you have no responsibility for goods sold and money delivered to you. Customers beware !!     The company has NO ONE that you can speak with on the phone. I have been trying to get in touch with someone for weeks via email and calling staying on hold for an hour or more each time I call and no one answers the call. DO NOT BOTHER DOING BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY.

    I ordered a fan from them back in May. I have not received the fan nor can I get anyone on the phone to discuss the details. Their app says it was shipped but sitting somewhere but it won’t say where. That was weeks ago. First time buyer and never again!

    I will say that now restrictions are being lifted, I was able to get through to houzz by phone. It did take persistence but I got to a supervisor who took the time to review my emails and issue a refund. If you have an issue, await any future quarantine and do not go through email to try to resolve it. They resolved mine once they had staff to answer more calls.

    I will never purchase another item from this company again. The customer service is horrendous. I have spent hours upon hours emailing some IVAN person who did absolutely nothing but email in circles to avoid doing the right thing. I purchased a blanket in February which smelled horrible and asked for an exchange. The exchanged item came “washed” it seems and looking used with still the same smell but slightly less of a stench. With the pandemic just coming down on my family and myself still recovering from a horrendous case of bronchitis in January which I’m told was undoubtedly COVID 19, I emailed the company asking for a return – this was within the 30 day return period. The only problem was I could not go to my local place to get a printout as I do not have a printer. I tried to call Houzz.com but consistently was disconnected. I did finally email customer support to get IVAN who told me I was too late to do the approved return and that he would check to see if someone would override his decision. A few weeks later, he said he would give me a store credit. I was not satisfied and after numerous emails back and forth and proof that I had authorization and just needed a label shipped to me, he said he would check on if they could get me a label. Now 3 months later, and so much aggravation. I get an email explaining that they will charge me $10 + for the label and that I’d need to print it. Garbage. this company is garbage. and to think that Adi Tatarko and Alon Cohen started this company because they were frustrated with architects. You have created frustration – I’ll be tweeting and facebooking and instagramming about my experience. And if I were you I’d fire IVAN. CHECK OUT THE NEXT REVIEW. Looks like this is how they operate. Buyer beware of Houzz.com.

    Customer service is terrible, awful, absolutely inexcusable. I ordered a bookcase in good faith from Illinois. Full of manufacturing defects. The description was misleading and the bookcase is not as deep as we need, because of the misleading description. The door is cracked at the hinge; the stain is awful; not consistent, missed spots. I’ve been trying for 8 days to get an authorization from Houzz for a return with a full refund. No response. No, I’ve been waiting on the phone after trying to get through for over 1/2 hour with no answer, disconnected, in loops that never end. I won’t stop until I am satisfied, but no one should have to go through this kind of nonsense after spending over $1000.00 for a product.

    I have been trying to receive help to have taxes credited from our account and have not been successful. I have called the extension given to me by a representative, called inbound with no answer, and emailed without any response for 2-3 weeks. I work for the Federal Judiciary and we are tax exempt. Any help is appreciated.
