Just a note: and I’m sure it will just be a total waste of my time.
My name is Dan D’Andrea i have been a resident of Broward for over 50 year. I was involved in a local business on US1 for 45 years.i have had 100’s a wonder client lunch’s and dinner’s at you establishment. Dating back to went the staff wore Ralph Lauren pressed white shirts. And staff was wonderful.
Today you restaurant is run by children. And your new concept’s of seating, and at the bar is horrible. Your not what you think you are. People want to have a good time, not bullied around. Your young staffer’s are cocky and arrogant. The last 5 times i have been in your restaurant was not a good feeling. I once was told that could only sit at a table the i waited over an hour for. I could only sit there for 45 minutes. I was waiting for a client that was in her way from the airport and i order a drink and an app.. Its a joke, our company and staff alone has spent 100’s of thousands of dollar in your establishment. The food has alway been great and consistent. Today its not worth the hassle. There are to many good place to get a less stressful meal. By the there is a dark haired bar tender at the outside bar that was so rude that i wouldn’t have her near a public person. Who ever took over you management took the fun out of dining and should step down. I was so upset at the way the manager handled anything. She should not be in that position. She can’t do that job. I was ask to leave as i was leaving anyway. Even a valet guy said that place is a joke. What does that tell you.
Ill never go back, its in my list of “Who’s on first “

My name is Jason Kee I have had dinner and lunch with your Memphis Tn, location for years. My wife and I do our anniversary dinner there every year. I called today to place a Togo order because me and my family have been under the weather with colds and didn’t want to get anyone sick. It shows on your website that you do Togo orders and curbside. I spoke with tbe manager and he said that you do not accept Togo or curbside orders. I have never called a restaurant that does not offer these things. He said I had to have reservations in order to eat there. Very disappointed and probably want eat there again.
