HoneyBaked Ham Resources

  • James Squier says:

Bought a $77.00 honey baked ham and 1/3 of it was not edible. Very disappointed in Florida.

  • Cheryl Giratd says:

Ordered my Christmas dinner 3 weeks in advance of Christmas. However when my husband arrived today to pickup the ham, potatoes, gravy and pecan pie we were told they were out of the plain mashed potatoes and pecan pie. VERY disappointing in the service provided by your North Palm Beach FL store. Was told today we should have paid for the order in advance never once was this expressed that this is required to hold the items. Next year we will make other arrangements.

  • Karin Easter Gurewll says:

The Huntington Beach CA store is staffed by idiots. They put up lots of ropes to guide the (non-existent) waiting lines, but there was no exit path.
We sat in one of the empty tables to eat a dried out ham sandwich because they refused to sell the cobb salad we went it to buy. A worker said we could not eat in the store, so we sat on the sidewalk next to their “dine-in” sign in the window. Then that idiot worker said we were loitering and we had to move. We told her to have us arrested and finished our sandwiches.
    Never again.

  • Jay says:

They service is fucking terrible here in ferndale I’ve been in line for 2hrs waiting on a prepaid fucking ham I will never come here a fucking gain

  • Kim Hill says:

Pre-ordered online- half of boneless ham- price stated $48. and change.
Bourbonnais, IL office not able to locate my order so they found something comparable (but only 5 lbs). Wanted to charge me $68.00 for less ham than I ordered for $48.00. Manager was short and rude with me- stated it is what it is- $13.99 per pound.
I left WITHOUT the ham which of course was for Thanksgiving. I was so disappointed with the way this was handled.

  • Arrie Brannon says:

Please contact me regarding a problem with one of your stores

  • Michael Donovan says:

Just left the Honey Baked Ham in Palm coast, Florida very dissatisfied. Ordered the advertised lunch special with two sides. Was told that the side I ordered: 1st—not a side offered—when shown their own advertisement—2nd—told there was an “up charge “ for the side. I again pointed. Out that their advertisement did not show that. The woman in charge continued to state there was a charge even though another worker pointed out the advertisement. I left without anything and will be telling my tale to others.
