    We have a complaint of trash behind the Homewood Suites Hotel in Maryland at 8320 Benson Drive in Columbia Maryland 21045. There are washing machines, mattresses, and trash DUMPED IN THE WOODS DIRECTLY IN THE BACK OF THID HOTEL THAT HAVE BEEN THERE SINCE THE SUMMER. PLEASE HAVE THIS TRASH REMOVED IMMEDIATEDLY.

    Thursday Dec 29th I booked a room. Actually didn’t realize it was a non refundable room. But the booking was for Sat at 4. The next am I contacted booking.com to cancel because overnight my 3 year old got very sick. Tested positive for covid. They said they’d contact the hotel because it was up to them. Didn’t hear, didn’t hear. Then they charged me. Husband called and they were very rude and said this is between ilus and booking.com. my husband said they keep emailing us telling us to contact you directly. Then we didn’t hear so yesterday we called and and they were very rude. Contacted booking Com and they said we will see. Then today got a message it’s past the point and nothing they will do. So what I’ve learned is either this hotel is struggling financially an needs our money. I could see that with how horrible their customer service is. Or I should ha e brought my 3 year old covid positive child.

    My name is Bill Steinborn . I own A One Appliance Repair 502-292-9893. My office was called out to do a service call at Hilton Louisville east location . I was not paid for my services and have proof that I was at the location 2 different times diagnosing the the dryer. There was a agree that payment was to be there at time of service which didn’t happen. Andy Smith was the name giving when setting the appointment which I never met him. I was told by your head maintenance guy “Mike Sulzer” to go ahead and order part so I’m owed for shipping too since repair never happened . The manager at that location will not call back to resolve issue. I’ll wait 7 more days to get issue resolved and if not then I’ll have no choice but to file suit to get payment because this has been going on since December 8th. I’m owed my diagnostic of $199.99 + 10.95 shipping since I was told to order part. Luckily I can return the part but shipping isn’t refunded. If paying by card there is a 5% fee added to total cost. Diagnostic cost and fees were all explained at time of appointment being setup. Hopefully this message will reach the right person because I would like to resolve this issue the easiest way. My secretary Kim will be answering the phone if you call and she’s the one who originally took the call so she easily answer any questions you have and we also have texts messages as proof of service call if u need any of the info

    I stayed at the N Sacramento Homewood on Xmas Eve. My car was vandalized and gifts were stolen. I called several times left msg for the manager to return my call hasn’t happened. Not only did I pay good money to stay there but now have to pay to have my car repaired and replace gifts. I will never stay will Homewood again.

    I stayed at your dolphin mall location in November stayed 1 night for $153(tues) ,friday checked in found out room was $340 refused room you kept my money I didn’t stay that night I checked out you kept your money this is in professional I will be contacting the BBB!

    Family Christmas vacation in Anaheim suites..check in Friday December 16th..no heater working we called front desk that it is very cold in our room and we have a 11 month old baby..front desk gave us blankets and said early Saturday maintance would be in our room to repair while we’re in disneyland..we return Saturday from disneyland about 7pm and notice no one had clean our room and that the thermostat was set in 80 it wasn’t until 11pm we notice it wasn’t getting warm by now I had a fever and chills and Mr Ramos went across the street to target to pick up cold medicine..it is now Sunday December 18th 12 :47 am and our room is very cold and the room above us is loud and having a large party..Mr Ramos will request a refund for this weekend by now our baby granddaughter is coughing and we’re trying to keep her warm..

    Hi,

    We just stayed this past weekend at your facility at 45 Benjamin Rd Waterloo ON. A charge was applied without my consent for noice and disruption.
    Number one, How can you apply a charge without having the guest know before the charge is applied? and having me to find out after I checked out and left the facility.
    There is no prove of any noice disruption and nor was I ever notified we were causing such.
    We were staying as a team, however you can’t just assume and penalize everyone for such when there were other teams staying at the same time. So there is no prove of my causing any disruption when I was never approached by any of the staff members.
    The hotel service was very low, less than a motel if I was to compare, there was never a room service done and no towels available because they were running “low”. If the facility is not capable of keeping such demand then don’t have it at all.
    Upon contacting the facility by phone I was advised there was no “supervisor” present.

    I would like the additional charge of $100 on my invoice revoked and must be credited to the credit card used to pay reservation.
