I am very disappointed with the way my sale was handled! Not fair that I have to wait until JANUARY for a Vietnamese piece of furniture. Was not told this. I am sorry I paid up front for this.

I had originally filed a complaint regarding my original order which honestly I’ve never done before . But I have to say I was greatly Surprised that the GM Robert read it and not only read it but reached out and reacted and rectified the problem. I have to admit I am very surprised as you don’t see many businesses doing that anymore . So will I have to say “ Thank you “ to Home Zone for taking the time to make things right. I will definitely shop there again . Thank you to Robert the GM & Chris the Mgr.

We ordered a mattress and paid then got a call days later it wasn’t available or made in that Size!!! Seriously poor cs especially if they don’t know what they make or what is available!!
