Im an employee of home Depot tried to get help thru the homer fund couldn’t get no help n bout to be evicted need help
Why is there no reliable way to reach corporate liaison when the statistical probability of reaching someone at listed numbers is zero? I’ve been following this for months!
Because the company sucks I have had so much trouble trying to get MY MONEY BACK FOR A STOVE THE WAREHOUSE DELIVERY GUYS COULD NOT FIND TO DELIVER TO ME,AFTER GIVING ME A COMFIRMATION TIME ON TUESDAY FOR THE NEXT DAY WEDNESDAY MY RANGE WAS NEVER DELIVERED I never received one phone call from the warehouse THE wAY I found out was I tracked the order said they were having problems with the delivery I called the 800 hotline call everyday u ntil Friday when I cancelled it I went to the toledo store to get my refund for the stove I never received due to the delivery team couldn’t find it So I go in to get my refund I was at the store for 2 hours the computer wouldn’t let the store close the sale because my order was in pending after 2 hours of arguing with the hot line people who could care less that home depot has my 1,625.00 that I can’t get back because i.t has to close the ticket.Finally I went home after 2 hours.
The following day I called the hotline with no help .I called the store the manager said okay your out of pending come get your money I was headed there when he called an said never mind it’s still in pending ,I went anyway she showed me the screen it said the ticket was not closed,We ordered this stove 18 days ago I waited till I got confirmation of delivery before I got rid of my stove now 5 days later I have no stove with house guest unable to cook.I will be filing a law suit they have no right to not refund MY 1625.00 I PAID FOR MERCHANDISE I NEVER RECEIVED,BECAUSE OF HOME DEPOTS WAREHOUSE NOT DELIVERING IT
IM WITHOUT A STOVE AND IT IS ILLEGAL FOR HOME DEPOT TO KEEPMY CASH THEY HAVE blamed it oon a ticket TICKET THAT ISNT CLOSED I CAN NOT GO BUY ANOTHER STOVE AND TIE UP ANOTHER 2000, OF MY MONEY
THIS IS NOT THE LAST TIME YOU WILL SEE MY NAME REGARDING HOME DEPOT I WILL FILE A SUITE AGAI ST THEM FOR KEEPING MY MONEY FOR GOODS THAT WERE NOT DELIVERED,THERE CUSTOMER SERVICE POLICY
