Christina or Christine, the new store manager in Tooele has changed the whole environment in the store, for the negative. Employees aren’t as happy as they used to be and she has no problem correcting employees in front of customers. Her Dr. Martin’s boots and tapered pants make it look like she’s GI Jane in the Marines, and she acts like a drill sergeant too.

You have problems in your Mapleton UT store. Kara is one of the most rude and unfriendly person I have met in a retail situation. I’ve heard being rude to customers and I overheard her accuse a customer of claiming she didn’t give him the correct change. The way she handled it was embarrassing.

I also think Austin needs to get a backbone and fix the moral in the store. Very unfriendly employees.

There is a guy that works at night that is always filthy, dirty.

Dee on the other hand is AWESOME. Always happy and outgoing.

I have loved coming to Holiday Oil for almost 18 years, because your company hires the best employees. I come to get my gas and a daily Diet Coke. But ever since you put in the self service cashier machines I have been less that happy. I can understand that some people might want to use them, but to be forced to use them or to wait in a long line makes me think that it might be time for a change. I always pay in cash, I come into see the employees and have a minute to speak to a person, not a machine. Only having one cashier available to force us to use a stupid machine takes away from the friendly service you are known for. If I want to use a machine I can buy my own ice machine and buy my Diet Coke cheaper at Walmart or Costco and get my gas from Costco to save money. So, I hope you will discontinue trying to get the stores to force us to use stupid impersonal machines. Thanks

I would like to know how come on tank up Tuesday sometimes on Tuesdays you never have a station up north with $.20 off. Because I live in Clearfield and I am not going to drive clear to North Salt Lake for $.20 off. You need to have one station north of Layton every Tuesday so people can go up here and get their $.20 off not drive clear to Salt Lake or North Salt Lake.

I had enrolled in your Club holiday program and used a VOIP number and was told I was accruing the rewards from the entry each purchase. Recently I asked about how many rewards I had and was advised to download the app and it would show me. When I downloaded the app and tried to login using the number I’ve just continued to use, it told me VOIP numbers did not work. I did enroll my current number at that time but I wanted to know if there is any way to look at the number that I’ve been using in the past and have those rewards roll over to the account that is not a VOIP number? I am hoping since the system was allowing me to input the other number, and I was not ever told it was not accepted toward the rewards, that it will show the history of my purchases. I don’t want to leave my numbers on this message because I am not sure who can see this but please reach out to me and I will provide you with the phone numbers I have used. Thank you in advance.

Why do you cut off fuel purchases at $100.00. My truck holds more fuel than a $100.00 and I always have to wait for the pump to recycle and renter all information and scan my card again It’s a little annoying.
