Forgot also there was dog hair on my back seat and I don’t think they even vacuumed it. Very disappointing.

Have been a customer for a long time however was very disappointed with the service I received yesterday. There was only maybe two cars getting the full service cleaning of their cars. Mine was one of them. However they had previously opened the hatch on my car and vacuumed it out but not so yesterday. Also there was sand on the drivers side front seat and that was not cleaned very well. I would think since there were only a few cars mine would have gotten white glove treatment. Very disappointed.

Use to be my favorite car wash, used Hoffman’s for years, until my car got scratched going through the wash, noticed my car was damaged, and instead of taking ownership, they offer a free car wash, lol and smfh. Legal action in the making!!!!

I have been having my car cleaned and washed at Hoffman ever since they moved to Kingston, NY and have always been very happy until today. Service terrible, staff rude – car wash terrible – went thru twice still terrible – Finally had to go to the do it yourself car wash (hoffman) on Ulster Ave and do it myself
