    This is because it’s all in China. I ordered something else from one of these sites on Facebook and the same. They don’t even tell you it’s from China until you are done paying. I was under the impression it was coming from a US ware house. I know the shoes are made over seas but trickery and taking our money is not ok.

    I’ve purchased mens hey dudes, for some reason I believe they could be fake, I’ve read online about a “fake” site. Shoes came from a warehouse in Walton, Ky
    During the purchase while processing CC transaction and page would close on me, finally went through but with a wrong address, I called immediately but it was past 9pm, I called 9am when customer service starts, they couldn’t do anything because shies had been shipped, I was able to hold them via ups but it was a big inconvenience and drive, again transaction added a random OLD address I had used about 2 years back and no idea how this happened.
    Again, I feel these shoes are FAKE when I did speak with someone, Asian accent representatives would answer everything time (not Indian this time and said with all dues respect )anyways, agree BAD customer service all around, email, phone, website etc

    Bought a pair of dudes at my local Shoe Sensation, ive had them for 2 months only wore them occasionally, wash them one time on delicate, noticed today theres a hole starting at the toes of one shoe. I would like to know what policies you have for returns or replacements.

    Did not receive the shoes I ordered. I’ve messaged, emailed multiple times. I will never understand a company you cannot call or contact. Great product but the WORST customer service ever, there isn’t any. I have bought over 30 pairs of your shoes. I will no longer be a customer.

    Ordered in there be there by Christmas date, n I contacted in every way I could, well a teenager didn’t get his wish gift off tree. So drew a name to brighten someone’s day to ruin it ! Thanks for the NO COMMUNICATION! N bye! Will never ever purchase n will inform anyone I see wearing them of what happened. You didn’t just loose a grown ups, you lost a homeless kids one wish.       Omg same I’ve missing 3 shoes they said it will be shipped separately due to peak season etc I ordered mine like way head of time to make sure they come in on time for Xmas but nope I literally spend 300 bucks on fucking shoes that were missing from my ordered idk how else to contact them …I’ve don’t instagram Facebook email no reply back at all….

    I placed an order for Christmas, finally received the order for it to not even be what I ordered! I have sent many emails, tried Facebook messenger, tried live chat for that to be automated, now tried calling, no working number! I’m livid two pairs of shoes that I didn’t even order!     I made a big order 12 pairs for Christmas and 2 pair were delivered November 15 and my order marked SHIPPED. THE TRACKING SHOWS THE PACKAGE WEIGHTED LESS THAN 2 lbs NOT 12 PAIRS now I can’t find out any information on the order the phone number for customer service doesn’t work not a working number!!!! I have sent 5 emails and got a copy and paste that the holidays have them overwhelmed and my note is important to them! REALLY THEN CONTACT ME!!

    I’m having the same problems as everyone else. I have attempted to reach out about an order I never received but said it was delivered to my house, no one has returned my emails. These are a Christmas gift and you’d think ordering off the official site you would have no problems, and could get a hold someone. This is putting a really bad rep on heydudes and I will not ever be purchasing them again nor will I recommend to anyone.

    I placed an order the end of November says my 2 pairs of shoes have been delivered and they have not been can not find any way to get hold of anyone they do not email back All of the phone numbers are out of order I am beyond mad looks like this is A very common issue. I will be contacting the Better Business Bureau today if I do not hear something back and I will also be filing fraud charges on my credit card

    I am having the same issue as everyone else here. I have bought several pairs in the past and haven’t had a problem. I ordered 4 pair for my grandchildren on November 22, 2022. Received a confirmation email with order number the same day. The next day i received notification that my order had shipped. I have tried tracking it for several days now and it shows that the carrier hasn’t picked up my package. Can’t find a working phone number, no response to emails, and the virtual assistant Wally has quit responding also. So very frustrated with them at this point.

      I am experiencing the same thing!! I ordered 3 pair but I did receive 2 of the pair! They were priced at 59.99 they charged my debit card 192.00 and I was supposed to have free shipping! Have sent several emails and can get no response!

    I have been waiting on my order since placed on 10/8. Follow up email just says delays with the USPS. When calling the number on the returned email, I have been on hold for 1 hour and 52 minutes. The recording keeps telling me to go to the Chat feature on the website and it is not present at all.
