    Hennessy Porsha service department in my opinion and experience IS INCOMPETENT and very prideful. The service manager(s) and customer service manager to me appears to not admit fault even with video from another mechanic finding the original problem and repairing damage from their subpar service. Be aware they could totally misdiagnose the problem with your vehicle because they are
    guessing and repair and charge you for something that “could be” causing the problem to make money. The incompetent technicians (my opinion) seemed to totally create a second issue. When I drove the car home the sound was like someone put desiel fuel or sugar it was so bad. I couldn’t drive it. It was not at all like that when we left my Panamera. I was so hurt. We ended up transporting the vehicle to a European Diagnostic mechanic in Queens NY . He is the best mechanic I have ever in life dealt with . He with my husband found the ORIGINAL PROBLEM AND REPAIRED WITH ALL NEW PORSHA PARTS and advised us how it appears that Hennessy Porsha replaced a part that was not faulty ( we keep all of our parts) and installed some parts improper AND 99.9999% chance of what the teeth on the timing chain was off. ALL OF THIS IS ON VIDEO SO WE HAVE PROOF. When we showed the service department and managers of Hennessy Porsha the video and the mechanic and my husband repaired the original problem and fixed what their service tech possibly caused too me THEY COMPLETELY denied any possible fault. . It was like they were so embarrassed and defensive because they flopped up. They spoke to us like they are above correction. Everyone and every business makes mistakes. The biggest mistake to me is not admitting you were wrong. See video below
