Good morning,
I have been a resident of Heatherwood for 12 years. I have never once complained about anything at all. I reside at Southwood in Amityville 2013 until present and am very pleased. However since 9/2/22 through yesterday the pool has been totally unacceptable and not useable. This is very, very unhealthy for all. Many of us wanted to spend quality time together at the pool and relax to the ending of Summer 2022. We were unable to do so. In order to stay cool I had to use the outside shower and use spray bottles . This is unacceptable considering what we pay to reside here. It is not and should not be the responsibility of the maintenance crew to maintain the pool. WE should have had a pool company tend to the pool the entire summer. As resident of Heatherwood for all these years it would be a nice gesture of Heatherwood to have the pool remain open for a few more weeks.
