Pharmacy closings, next year.
I understand the economies of closing small pharmacies.
But please keep the MAIL ORDER service open.
This could be offered an AN ALTERNATIVE
for HealthPartners members who cannot
easily get to location that still have an operating pharmacy.
Even though I live in Minneapolis,
I do not have a car.
Therefore I get to my HealthPartners providers by bicycle.
Every three months, the Mail Order Pharmacy
sends me my prescription drugs.
It is much easier for us to get to our mail-boxes
than to go to any local drug store.
James Leonard Park, age 78,
long-time member of HealthPartners.
I noticed that your website only lets HealthPartners pay the monthly premium automatically. When I pay that way my monthly budget would make my check account bounce. You should have a way to pay a monthly premium with a credit card or debit card. I have to use my bank’s monthly billing system to pay that bill.
