Don’t know about all HCA but the one in orange park. They can’t follow rules for nothing. Always has hazards. Wanting employees to sign things that aren’t right and putting their employees in situations that they scared of making a choice cause it might cost them their job. They always waisting money simply cause the employees always throwing away things that dnt need to be. The only time things is cared about is when inspection time comes or big management are coming and they gotta please them. Communication is horrible. Most of the time you never know what’s going on or right. They may change things and never tell you till you caught doing it wrong. On many of occasions I have told managers things that are wrong or not being done right. Trying to keep this a safe hazard free professional atmosphere. They dnt care. Same wrongs never change. It shows. Then they treat you as if you wrong. They treat you like a criminal just cause you point out what’s not right. It needs to be handled. I feel all the employees of the same level should be expected to do the same job. As it stands some people are scared to come here and I see why.
I hear about the abuse of working 13 hours A day with 1/2 hour lunch. That’s just A small detail (there’s so
Much more) and I suggest that someone at corporate level has the initiative to care before it becomes an issue.
Being A family member to
Someone that works for an organization that claims to care about their “family” yet supervisors are unsupervised is quite disturbing .
I think that if you’re going to be putting on people on call or stand by when they are scheduled to work you guys need to at least pay him half pay for those hours that they’re on standby because it’s ridiculous we wake up early enough to go to work and still have to be on standby for 4 or 5 hours so that needs to be put into consideration please think about it it’s just food for thought I really enjoy working for HCA and I love your company but I don’t like to be put on standby when I have to wake up at 5:00 in the morning and be ready for work at 7:00 and have to be on standby until 11:00 a.m. it messes up my whole day so at least I should be able to get half pay until I have to find out whether I’m going to work or not please consider this because there’s many of us feel that way I’ve talked to many of the people at work and they feel the same way thank you
I HAVE HAD AWFUL EXPERIENCE WITH 2 HEALTH CARE PROVIDERS SINCE HCA TOOK OVER. IT IS LIKE DEALING WITH THE KEYSTONE COPS. I CAN’T GET ANYONE ON THE PHONE.
