Dear Sirs: My name is Ms. Millicent Emmanuel, I had rented 2946 Fields Drive in November of 2018 and since living there I’ve had plumbing problems in both bathrooms were both toilets in hallway and master bedroom had to be removed and replaced due to Crack in bowl. As of yet for the last 3 years I have been requesting work sheets of the work to be done to give the Dekalb Water that I don’t owe this exsorbsent water bill. June of 2019 water came gushing from out of toilet in master bed room in the hall, down the stairs bedroom drenched with water halfway through the room, not only that no one came to paint walls over or remove the carpet or padding. They just brought big blowers to dry everything up for 3 days, not only that your workers used my water line to power wash the whole unit. Now I’m stuck with this bill from 3 years ago injury to insult I had been calling HAVENBROOK HOMES to ask for all wrk done because this plumbing problem was not my fault and the City came out to flush the street drain. I tried countless phone calls to resolve this on my behalf. So your phone to your office can’t get through. So now I’m looking for legal representation to resolve this matter.
