HauteLook is a public company which was founded in 2007 and is owned by Nordstrom being the parent company. It offers flash sales and limited- time sale to the members of their websites.

The company offers marginally high discounts ranging from 50 to 75 percent off on new sale events. These events or offers are available every morning for the members of the shopping website. The company deals in several products namely Clothing, jewelry, beauty, shoes, décor, home furnishing, women’s and men’s fashion.

The company initiated with just four employees who noticed the off-price goods market. The company was later owned and operated by Nordstrom who introduced a new e-commerce site and mobile app.

There was bad news for the company in 2018 when a huge number of accounts were stolen by hackers. This involved email addresses hashed passwords and names of accounts. The breach was later uncovered and the customers are now safe to shop.

I HATE Hautelook!!! 🙁

I don’t understand why Hautelook operate this way. You should know your inventory and not take orders exceeding the merchandise that you have in stock. This is not the first, second or third time that Hautelook have cancelled my order after I had paid for it and expecting delivery. This is extremely poor customer service.

I’ve been ordering for years and I order quite a bit from Hautelook, but after this incident I am DONE with you! I am deleting my account after I receive the order that I just submitted and I won’t be surprised if you’ve already done cancelled it. I will go online to several website to let everyone know how Hautelook do business. I do NOT recommend shopping at Hautelook. 🙁
