Could you explain to me why Harbor Chase of Beavercreek has not settled the account of a woman who passed away July 8, 2023? I have phoned every month and left a message or spoken with the accounting person who claims “I’m working on that as we speak.” I was even billed for August! She informed me she has to let corporate know and then corporate has to get it entered into their system. The last we spoke was Oct 18, 2023 and she was again “Working on those as we speak.” I gave her my email address, so she could update me when she sends the notification to corporate. I have not yet received an email. I realize there’s a charge for $29.90 on the account for pizza ordered by the Hospice care giver on 7/6/23 (permission was granted for the charge) and $72 for Beauty & Barber for 6/22/23. However, $8,738.00 was paid for the month of July. She passed on the 8th. Management was notified the apartment was emptied and keys were turned in 7/14/23. How long does it take receive a refund to settle the account???
