Where is Happy’s Pizza Corporate office Headquarters

on 12/9/2021 i placed an order as i have many times before from the main st location in Columbus Ohio. I ordered Cod Fish when it was delivered and i ate it i had an allergic reaction to it so i called the location i received my order from and talked to a boy named Ali (he would not give his last name) asked if the fish was fried in grease that shrimp was fried in ( i am allergic to shrimp) he said yes and i told him that i am allergic to shrimp, i said i wanted a refund seeing as i could not eat the food that i paid for and that they probably shouldn’t fry fish and shrimp together seeing as most people are allergic to shrimp but not fish. He laughed and told me that i was not getting a refund, while laughing he told me that i didn’t make sense. I asked him if he was the manager he said no and that he didn’t know when the manager would be there, very condescending and rude.
I am very disappointed in the service i received from a place i order from often, i would like a refund for the food i ordered and can not eat seeing as it gave an allergic reaction and could have killed me or sent me to the hospital.

Orderrf a boom boom burger came ice cold no sauce fries greasy also ordered philly steak sub ice cold greasy fries also 20 peice sjrimp greasy cold tried calling them trid over hour never answered spemt 45 dollars for food you couldnt eat or want to a waste of hard earned money something should be done dont say call because i did

I ordered a 8 piece dark and only received 5 piece l called back to let them know what had happened and I was told the driver will be back the driver never showed what do I do

My name is Charles Gray. I ordered 2 Xl pizzas on 7-11-20 @ 7:10pm that never arrived at my residence. At 9:31pm I received a call saying they couldn’t deliver my pizzas because of traffic issues. I ordered the pizzas with my debit card. I’m very dissatisfied with the service. The driver lied a said he tried to call my wife’s phone, but she received no call.
